He was very knowledgable about all of the cars and answered all of my questions. I would definetly go back for any future car purchase! After looking at several other cars from other dealers we decided to choose Strong VW to purchase our beautiful 2006 VW Passat. Our sales associate Larry Cutolo was informative and knowledgeable about the products he was selling. There was no pressure to buy and the vehicles they carried were high end and well taken care of. I would recommend to my friends and family to shop Strong WV. They are willing to change the sticker price on a car so it will fit your budget. A+++ Dealership! The sales process at Strong VW seems designed by skilled psychologists, with the intent of neutralizing customers' power in the buying process so that they can be more effectively extorted. The sales model used places staff and customers in diametrical opposition to one-another, with almost no shared goals, simply direct competition between them to take more advantage of their opponent than the opponent is taking of them.. I had the privilege of negotiating with The Great and Powerful Oz, or so it certainly could have been. The sales person attempted to convince me that he was "on my side," advising me on how to negotiate the price of the vehicle. The negotiation was actually taking place with some unknown figure behind the scenes, unwilling to look me in the eye or speak with me aside from through numbers scribbled on a piece of paper. All in all, I felt it did serve me with two purposes: I got a car, for which I may well have paid far more money than I could have; and I walked away with a benchmark example of atrocious, completely non-customer focused service. I suspect that the example of poor service will serve me better, as a reminder, throughout my life than will the car. Certainly, I intend to never do business with Strong VW again, nor any dealer that functions in a similar manner. Pros: Polite, happy sales staff Cons: "Exploit the unwitting customer" sales model

I bought a certified pre-loved Jetta back in September, and have had nothing but great things come of it. It's a great car, great mpgs. The customer service is so great! From the salesman I worked with, to the general sales manger, they both made the car buying experience so much better. The service and parts departments are also the best in the state. I have been to other dealers, but none have left me feeling like my car is in pristine condition like Strong VW! Pros: Great Customer Service Cons: They can get very busy
