Arthur's makes you feel like you are a part of their family. They don't pressure you and will honestly answer any question you have. I've been going there for years and will continue to go there for years to come. Not to mention that we have found items there we couldn't find anywhere else.

Amazing customer service! 2 years ago, my now husband & I started browsing at engagement rings. Mark spend well over an hour helping me pick out my ring then educating us on the specs of diamonds. 7 months later, when my husband was ready to propose, Mark recognized us as we walked in the door and spend over an hour helping us finalize our diamond choice. Mark again helped us with our wedding band purchases, making sure we had the proper match to my engagement ring. Its great to walk into a busy store & be recognized, and get fast, great service each time I bring my rings in to be cleaned. We will forever be customers of Aurthurs! (Even though we now live 1500 miles away!)

Over the past 6 months or so, I have been to pretty much every jeweler in the metro area in search of an engagement ring. I must admit that Arthur's, hands down, had the best service of anyone. They have an enormous selection of rings, and when I found the right setting, they have an even larger diamond selection. Gary and Carver worked with me on numerous occasions to find the perfect diamond and setting for the perfect price. Of all the jewelers I've been to, Gary Grube at Arthur's was the first salesperson I met that was interested only in what I wanted. I'm not kidding, everywhere else gave me some kind of excuse as to why I need to buy it now. Gary never once tried to push me to buy it, he took his time and found me exactly what I wanted. I could not be more satisfied, and I will continue to purchase jewelry at Arthur's.

This place is fantastic. It is a standalone store, so you do not get the tacky mall feeling. The customer service is absolutely fabulous and the selection in almost ridiculous. People from many different incomes will find something here which is perfect for them.
There was very little pressure to make a purchase by the sales associate, Mark. Instead he gave my now wife and I valuable information regarding diamond characteristics such as cut, clarity, color, carat, etc. Basically he discussed how changes in each category affect the quality and price of the diamond, and helped us to pick out a diamond in our price range with the characteristics we desired. We ended up returning after several months, and after looking at other stores (just to check out the competition), to purchase an engagement ring at Arthur's. Mark had actually given us a quote on the engagement band of interest that was cheaper than it was currently selling for when we returned, and he lived up to that quote. I have never regretted our purchase and plan to shop here in the future for Jewelry when I am back in the twin cities. This may not be the first place you look, but it should be the last.
* I should also mention that they have a great protection plan included with the purchase of the ring, which covers the diamond and covers re-plating of the white gold, cleaning, resizing, and other services as long as you get the ring inspected every 6 months. Most of the other stores we looked at did not offer such a deal.

I first went to Arthur's after shopping around at other jewelers in the Twin Cities and was so amazed at how knowledgeable Tyler was and how helpful he was. Tyler has worked with me to create a custom engagement ring with a center stone that is very unique while other jeweler's would not. I get compliments about my ring all the time from complete strangers. I love telling them that I got it from Arthur's. Best of all, when my son and I come in I am greeted by name! It's been a great experience going to Arthur's.

The first thing I noticed when I started to look for an engagement ring at Arthur's was their honesty. Not only did the store convey this (no dim lights here!) but the tests they perform on each diamond (double certification) and the scale at which they rate each diamond go beyond any other store. Without hesitation, you may look at each diamond up close and even with a microscope. I knew from the moment I started talking about which diamond to choose that Arthur's was the place I wanted to purchase one.
However, I feel in love with a design from another jeweler. I didn't realize just how much I wanted to purchase the ring from Arthur's until I started panicking at the thought of purchasing the stone from another store. To my relief, I'll I had to do was ask a simple question to get what I wanted--yes, Arthur's could custom make the design that I liked and yes, (surprise!) at a cheaper price than the original store! Of course, that sealed the deal. Arthur's worked very closely with me, tweaking the many molds until it was right. I really appreciate the designer helping me so much and realizing that the ring was a huge deal to me. I can't thank him enough!
Beyond engagement rings, Arthur's has been so kind to help me fix various pieces of jewelry at a low price and (more often than not) no cost at all. I can honesty say that Arthur's is the first jeweler I've been to that has fixed the back of a pair of diamond earrings, reshaped an older ring, and fixed a broken bracelet for $20. What a deal!

My fianc? and I decided we wanted a very unique, custom engagement ring. We were both a little apprehensive because we didn't know who to use and we had no detailed information or dimensions of the ring, we only had a picture. We visited a few different jewelers in the Twin Cities area, but decided on Arthur's. It proved to be a great decision. Their customer service was great, from the minute we walked through the door to the conversations on the phone and through email. We worked with Mandy Fallon, she was awesome and really knew her stuff! She wasn't afraid to give suggestions and use her expertise, while still listening to what we wanted. Mandy was able to work within our budget and communicate with the design team to make sure we got the ring we were looking for. My fianc? and I still cannot believe how perfect the ring looks. Arthur's didn't just do an amazing job, they literally made the ring look better in person than it did in the picture. We knew we were taking a risk with a custom piece, but the risk was well worth it thanks to Mandy and Arthur's! We continue to get compliments on how beautiful and unique the ring is. Because of their work and the high level of customer service, they made this experience truly memorable. We hope this review benefits someone, because we took a shot in the dark and it paid off, but it would have been nice to have a recommendation like this!

I recently had an OUTSTANDING shopping experience with Arthur's Jewelers. Three years ago, my wife and I purchased out wedding rings through Mandy at Arthur's, and it was great. We received nothing but the best customer service, and I couldn't believe the engagement ring I could get for my wife for the money. I got a diamond at least 25% larger than a similarly priced one at the mall.
Fast forward to now, and my wife and I are having our first baby. I wanted to buy my wife a gift from Arthur's, but couldn't exactly get over to their showroom "undetected", because I wanted it to be a surprise. Mandy helped me select some beautiful earrings, provided exceptional customer service, and I had them in my hands 24 hours later. She was always available to take my phone calls, and was very prompt in answering emails.
I will DEFINITELY be back to Arthur's, and I would refer any family or friend to do business with them.

I have been shopping for an engagement ring for 3 months. I have been to over 10 stores. Arthur's by far was the most professional, Carver had more knowledge than anyone I had spoken to at other stores. Also, Carver was very interested in helping me find the right diamond for me. Others stores were more interested in their commission. We looked at over 20 carat diamonds and I found a great one, at a very good value. I loved my experience and found a beautiful Tacori ring I am going to propose with this week. Thanks Carver for making it easy for me, and for your genuiness and honesty. I will be back many times.
