I have had the unfortunate need to use this pet hospital on several occasions. They are open at the times when all other vets are closed(and only at those times). I had to bring my dog here when she was hit by a car on a Friday evening and they saved her life. I had to bring two cats here for blocked urinary tracts and they saved them too.
It was at a hefty price, but my animals were still alive when it was all done! I also witnessed many other emergencies while I was at this place and many other pets lives saved in the middle of the night or on a holiday weekend. They are caring and understanding and offer a necessary service..
The only downside other than high price was that I had to pick up my animals and bring them home or move them to our regular vets office when they closed(during regular vet hours). That was inconvenient but understandable.

Although is can sometimes be a challenge to understand Dr. Thanh he is a wonderful doctor with a great bed side manner.
Dr. Thanh never rushes in and out. He always asks follow through questions and offers the answers to your questions. He is very thorough and is comfortable to be around.
I would like to mention that Health East is not very timely when it comes to invoices so be prepared to follow through with them.

I have been going to the Eye Care Center for a couple of years now. They have a very friendly staff and not long wait times. I wear contacts so I have not purchased glasses, but they appear to have a nice selection of eyeglasses to choose from. I would definately recommend them for your eye care needs.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I felt like I was walking into a small town eye doctor. They were very good at explaining various options I had and did not try to sell me anything I didn't want. The doctor was very knowledgable and helpful when explaining pros and cons to different types of contacts, etc. And readily answered any question I had.
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Not as high tech as my old eye dr.

I went to Dr Laco for a bad case of Plantar Faciatis and a bone spur. They prescribed orthodics and gave me a cortizone shot. After two weeks on the orthodics the pain was completely gone. My feet are cured!! I like to do marathons and was able to get back to my running after a few months of healing time. Insurance covered everything!

I had to order diapers and other medical supplies for my son with autism. This place took care of everything for me! I always got the right product, delivered directly to my door and the insurance was all handled for me! I didn't have to go out and deal with pharmacies and dirty looks. Usually I got products delivered the next business day after I called too...very fast, stupendous service!

We have been extremely pleased with the service and care our kids have received from the doctors at this clinic. We have never experienced unreasonable wait times for appointments. Also, the receptionist at the Eagan clinic is a real gem. She is cheerful, helpful and knows all the kids. A great feature that makes this clinic stand out for us is that the doctors answer their own phone calls during business hours. When we call with a question, we do not have to go through a nurse or assistant. We have the option of talking directly to a doctor. After hours calls are handled through an answering service, as is typical, but calls are returned promptly. We could easily go to a clinic in our own town, but we continue to drive out of our way to continue to see these great group of professionals.

I would reccomend this clinic to anyone who wants a long term relationship w/ their doctor.I have been going there for 18 years and no matter the drive i will continue to be a patient. The staff is very friendly as well as the doc's and nurses. I have sent many friends and family to this clinic and everyone of them has had very positive remarks about Fairview and the staff. Every dotors office has long waits and busy waiting rooms, but over the years they have really done their best to make the waiting area very comfortable for all ages of patients.
PROS: Wonderful staff, great pharmacy next door, clean facility and honest people

I have been a patient of Dr.Thul's for the past few years and I have to say he is by far one of the most knowledgeable, kindest, concerned MDs I have ever had. Also, his nurse Kelly is exceptional too. I would highly recommend this physician, along with Como Clinic, as I have been treated with dignity and respect. Linda N

I have been taking my kids to Eagan Dental Clinic for 6 years. Dr. Judy is blunt and to the point, but she is very gentle and kind. I see Dr. Lim in the same clinic and I am very impressed with how kind and gentle he is as well. I would highly recommend going to Eagan Dental Clinic!!!!
