it's annoying when you call to make an appt and you have to deal with people who seem to want to be doing anything but take your call. i have never hung up the phone thinking "how nice of her/him." checking in? wam-bam, no customer service, no "hello how are you's"... nothin'. it's simply "id please... who are you here to see... have a seat." no smiles even! my dr. however is amazing! we're having a baby next month, and if it weren't for dr. montie we whould have left this clinic LONG AGO. he takes his time, seems overall concerned, and appears to really care about us. we plan to keep coming to united family practice after our baby is born so that she can continue to see dr. montie and his nurses! call me crazy, but he's worth the headache before you reach the examination room. Pros: parking, new location is so clean and nice! Cons: wait staff and phone people are RUDE!

I noticed that there was a bad review, and I could have written it myself, as I have experienced having the phone ring and ring, and then being on hold a long time. But I've chosen to put up with it, for now, because the staff is always friendly and the residents are helpful. I asked for an MD and ended up with a nurse practioner for my primary care, but she is very nice. I am hoping when they move to their new building at the end of this year, they will be addressing their support staff needs and the phones won't be such an issue! I've also had occasion to call the triage nurses, and they are always helpful too. Their current location on West 7th is easy to get to and there is always parking available when I've been there.

Wow what a great family place to take my whole family!! They are very pleasent and treat you nicely. Dr. Browning is my mom's Dr., and now mine and my son's. It's nice to have a Dr. walk in a room and know & remember you!! He has great & friendly staff on the blue team as well. Also when I call to make an appointment I always get a plesant person whos gives me all the information that I need. Thanks guys!!! PROS: Freindly staff!!!!! CONS:
