This is a TERRIBLE place to buy a car or have a car serviced. I purchased a used 2006 PT Cruiser May of 2007. My car was in service a total of 3 out of the first 6 months that I owned it! In the first 2 months I had to bring my car back 4 times just to have them fix my air conditioning correctly! Finally, they found that my radiator was bent and had to be replaced before they could fix my air condensor (unbenounced to me, the car was in an accident before I bought it). They had my car for over a month! Since that time I brought it in to redeem my warranty coupons for an oil change and fluid refills. No difficult. They left my cap off my wiper fluid and didn't even fill it (I ran completely out the next morning) and they never even gave me an oil change sticker -- they probably didn't even change my oil! DO NOT give them your business or you will regret it!
Pros: They gave me great loaner cars each time I'm there!
Cons: I'm tempted to swap my car for one of the loaners just so that I don't need to come back!

I just went into Rosedale Dodge to purchase the Limited Lifetime Power Train warranty. The finance guy told me $1,200! YIKES! It is clearly posted at other dealerships @ $750. I told him about the $750 rate and he told me that the rate he was quoting was straight from the book. I called another Denny Hecker Dealership and they told me $750. This is either a case of poor training OR trying to make rent at the end of the month by the Finance guy.

REALLY poor service from the female assistant manager at DH Auto Connection in Inver Grove. It was truly pathetic! While one salesperson tried to make a save, I don't think this lot is worthwhile in ANY way.
I found a great deal here in Roseville and was quoted a 4.9 APR. After filling out all of the paperwork, I waited, and waited and waited some more and then was told that I would pay 8% APR but if I paid bi-monthly, that would bring it down to roughly 6%. I drove off semi disappointed but got a nice vehicle. Now I'm paying 10.79% APR for a brand new vehicle and finding out more daily from the payment management firm that there are quite a few more hidden costs that I was not aware of. Plus, they are taking out payments almost two weeks prior to the date that I had set up. I like the vehicle but would not purchase from ANY Denny Hecker again.

We've done a lot of buisness with Rosedale Dodge and our salesman keeps us coming back. In short, we're spoiled. They'll pick up our cars and drop them off (cleaned up!) for service or aftermarket stuff and are always willing to go the extra mile for us. If you're looking for a new car, see John Ganglehoff. He's the only salesman we buy from, even though we live about 45 minutes from the dealership.
