I have been following Michelle for almost 7 years now from her previous salon in my town and drive almost 45 minutes to her new location at Bleach...and if she moved to Timbucktwo I would make the drive there as well. I cannot say enough good things about her, she always listens to what I WANT, while encouraging me on the latest styles. I am a consistant highlighter and have had bad bad bad experiences in the past with that...and then I found Michelle, and it has been awesome eversince. She is super fun, with a edgy style for fashion that is exactly what people need in a stylist (in my opinion). I have referred all my friends and family to her and have never regreted it. I found this salon on the web, because it was close to my neighborhood. I had such a great experience that I would drive cross town to get my haircut there again. Michelle is stylist extraordinaire! Michelle actually listened to what I wanted to do with my style and gave me a fresh hip easy to manage look. I also enjoyed the highlights that she put in to freshen up my existing color. Jackie is wonderful! I've had long hair since I was 10 and wanted to go short. I brought a photo of what I had in mind and she listened & made sure she understood what I wanted. She gave ideas about length & shape based on my face type, but didn't pressure. She was gentle with my hair (unlike a lot of stylists who rake the brush through, pulling & breaking...). I am SO happy with my new cut/style! I never thought my hair could look this good! I can't think of a single thing negative to say about my experience. Pros: they listen, no snotty atmosphere, sylists know their stuff Cons: honestly can't think of a thing.

The entire experience was great and she will have a return customer as long as she is with Bleach. I would recomend her to anyone getting a highlight. I had really high hopes for this salon, and while all the other customers looks pleased with their results, and the atmosphere was nice, the highlight I received was absolutely awful. I asked for natural looking, small highlights, nothing dramatic or chunky, and I got huge, chunky, nearly-white blond highlights. Definitely not worth the cheaper price. It might have just been the person I had though (don't care to name names). Pros: Parking, the head massage they do when they wash your hair. Cons: Quality not even worth the low price.

Last summer I went to one of those cheapo salons and they butchered my hair. Unfortunately it was the day before a big date. I frantically called area salons to see who could help me. Shelley was the 1st to respond and also the nicest. She personally took me the next morning and gave me the most incredible haircut of my life. The boy didn't end up working out but I've been with Shelley ever since! I refuse to go anywhere else. My whole life I've been extremely nervous getting my haircut, alway inspecting each cut afterwards for flaws. Shelley's work is flawless and I don't even give it a 2d thought to go in there and tell her to do whatever she likes with it. Not only that, but she is a sweet, friendly woman and the salon is a cool, funky place. Pros: Parking, location, skill Cons: Pricey, but all the good ones are

I've highlighted my hair since I was 16 and I went to the same lady who never changed a thing, wouldn't listen to my suggestions, and bleached my hair to death. I treasure my long hair and I was sick of it being ruined. On a gutsy whim, I called the number for Bleach after reading the reviews and Aaron answered. He could do my hair the next day, no problem. He was so friendly and funny! The minute I walked in, I felt comforted. Everyone looked happy to be getting their hair done there and the employees looked happy to be there. The reviews are spot on...Aaron did an AMAZING highlight job and his haircuts make you feel like a movie star. Very polished and meticulous. He listened to what I wanted and performed it to perfection. He didn't even make fun of my magazine cut-outs for reference. He blew out my hair to perfection and didn't try to style it weird or poofy like some smaller salons do. My boyfriend saw me later and could not keep his hands off me. He said I looked so hot and my hair was shiny and bouncy. He will never let me get my hair done anywhere else and for every holiday, I've gotten a certificate for Bleach. Don't be skeptical, it's the real deal! Everyone at Bleach does wonders with hair and Aaron is my "hair hero". I walk out of my appointments with him feeling and looking like a million bucks!
