After doing a lot of research I planned to have hair removal from Begin With Your Skin Medspa. I had a great consultation and was quoted a price for two areas with a promotion for $2,400. I had purchased 3 discounted gift certificates from a 3rd party (not BWYSM) valued @ $1000 a piece with no restricitons. A week later I received a call from the owner stating that the pricing would not be honored and that the reason the gift cards were offered were to bring in new cusomers. I would have to pay an additional $650 to her to get my services. After a long conversation with her in which she did not offer any solutions other than me paying a higher fee to use these, she stated that "she can afford to provide services to someone she is not directly getting money from". She has a good point, but what this highlighted is that she is not upfront with her pricing and promotions. Be careful to understand her prices and promotions. Just like retail, never pay full price from here because she's probably hiding a better deal for her next customer. Pros: Friendly staff Cons: Misleading ads and pricing model

A friend of mine went to Begin with your Skin MedSpa; she was very pleased with her results and told me to go check it out. I went there and had a few procedures done during my lunch break. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Angela, the owner took the time to discuss what the best options were for me. Angela is also a certified laser technician. I had skin cancer in the spring on my neck and Angela used the laser to make my scar fade. My surgeon was impressed on how faded my scars were. I will not go anywhere else! The Botox injection specialist, Bill Joy is awesome. It is quick and painless. Like I said, I go during my lunch break. The prices are very reasonable. I also did the 3D rejuvenation laser with Kara. They are all so nice. I highly recommend this MedSPa. Pros: Outstanding customer service
