I had my car at the shop to get my windshield wipers repaired. Larry the Store Manager had called and said that his Technician had slipped and his wrench had cracked the windshield and they were going to get it replaced as soon as possible. I informed him that it was cracked prior to us bringing it to them and he told me that it got worse and he would have it replaced at no cost to me. That is great customer service. Keep up the good work guys. I will keep coming back and tell all my friends to come to you!
