I would say as a theme park freak the valley fair is the best theme park in Minnesota.I always buy the season pass and our family visits this park at least half a dozen times.Our favorite is the roller coasters.All the rides are maintained properly and my kid loves the kids rides very much.She loves the cup and saucer ride very much.

This is not just a zoo, most people don't realize that. Yes, they have LOTS of varieties of animals, name one and it's likely they have it. But they also have an amplitheater that plays host to several concerts and an IMAX theater which shows both education IMAX movies and many of Hollywood's latest releases on the really big screen!
My personal favorites in the Zoo have to be the Gibbon exhibit and the aquarium. The Gibbons are very energetic and are often swinging around and playing. The new aquarium is massive. They have a few different tanks including sharks, and several hundred fish. There is also a "hands-on" area where you can feel some of the creatures.
Great for kids! I'm 20 and I still enjoy it!

My family loves to go here and visit the animals.We have a great time there. And the best thing is that its free! They have a beautiful garden here with a little creek through the middle. They have a conservatory that has a whole bunch of different kinds of plants from different places. Its a really neat place!

When I lived in Richfield, I loved going here in like junior high and I even worked here in high school, but trust me, the restaurant chains are notorious for having awful food and high prices (you pay for the "atmosphere) and you won't believe how many tourists come here with cameras strapped over their neck thinking it's any more special than any other mall! It pretty much has the same stores as any other mall, and has multiples of some... I will go for the few stores they don't have at Rosedale, but it is more of a pain, especially on the weekend and dealing with parking! Camp Snoopy and Underwater world are good for kids though, but the movie theater is in dire need of a renovation!

we have had birthday parties and have just took the kids for an afternoon of fun . we also use it for the batting cages in softball season . they have lager tag , putt putt golf , batting cages , bumper cars . you can do all or just part . they have a snack bar to grab a bit to eat or something to drink.

The rides at Como Park are so much fun! They have agreat Kiddie Ride section and you buy tickets that are not expensive!They have the Tilt~A~Whirl that is my favorite ride and seeing that it is such a small park~the ride goes longer! They also have food vendors all over and the Mini~Donuts are great~made fresh all the time~Parking is free~but be prepared to walk!!

This is the arcade I go to most now. There are a lot of games: racing, fighting, sports, shooting, etc. And there are so many ticket games here too with good prizes. The price for the tokens is average 4 for a dollar but there is also a super saver card which gets you more tokens when you buy more at a time. This is also a great place to show off your DDR skills.
