They are a local company offering a couple of different locations. They do financing for new home buyers as well as refinancing. They work with a lot of different lenders to get you the best deal out there. Of course they have fees, but it is so worth it with all the money they save you in interest!

Community Lending Services was a delight to work with. They are a mortgage brokerage that pays attention to detail and closing on time. They are a local company offering a couple of different locations. They do financing for new home buyers as well as refinancing. They work with a lot of different lenders to get you the best deal out there. Of course they have fees, but it is so worth it with all the money they save you in interest!
