When my mother, who has Lou Gehrig's Disease, needed to be put in an electric wheelchair in a short time frame, the people at MediEquip helped make sure that we were able to get the product we needed with minimal hassle.
They handled all the insurance information - including going several rounds with the insurance company- delivered the product in days and stayed at our home to make sure that we all were comfortable in operating the unit.
Dealing with a crisis, they were helpful and made sure that we were satisfied before they left.
They've made follow up calls to make sure the chair is working properly, have offered to service it at any time and have generally made us feel like part of their family.
They will be the provider of ALL of our DME needs.

I am happy with adopting our dog. He is has fit into our family very well.
I felt the dog was well cared for at the shelter, and was well matched.
The reason why I gave a review a four instead of a five is that my dog has been "up for adoption for the last six month" I felt bothered that it was misleading to keep an adopted dog on the website without explaining that the dog is adopted.

well, dont try this, just do it and VOLUNTEER!
i started this 6 mos ago, while searching for meaning in my life and have found this to be the most meaningful of all things i've ever gotten involved in. i thrive on adrenaline, action and flashing lights. what i've found out is that no matter how bad my life gets it'll never be bad enough.
to know this is to do it. no other way.
there's many volunteer services with the Red Cross in any part of the country in US. Specifically i'm involved with the DAT team: Disaster Action Team. i, with a team of 2-3 others, help single family (and multi-family) fire victims for the first 48 hours of the emergency. we provide them with shelter options, and/or supplies for groceries, clothes, etc.
there's other opportunities, this is the one i like to do. come join me, i do Saturday nights and we always are looking for more. :)
this has been the most rewarding experience in my life. i've burst out of my bubble of everyday, 9-5, Monday through Friday. i now know what i live for.

When my Mother-In-Law was diagnosed with ALS, we were dumbfounded and needed guidance as where to go, what to do and how to get the help our family would need.
The ALS Society helped provide everything we needed to learn, accept and eventually live with the fatal diagnosis of this disease.
Our family has been offered DME, nourishment supplements and both physical support with the Helping Hands Organization and shoulders to lean on.
We've become big fundraisers for this local charity and heartily recommend anyone dealing with Neurological/Neuromuscular Diseases contact them.

It is often used for weddings and other parties because of the beauty of the location and the small space available inside for rental. It is only suitable for small events as there is not much parking available. The interior that is available is not very large, but is beautiful for an intimate party.
