i love going to bestbuy cause i can always find the cheapest blank dvd's there. they are alot cheaper than walmart . also they have a very helpful friendly staff on duty. i love looking around at their electronics also. i can always find music cd's there, that i can't seem to find anywhere else. also its a nice big store to browse around in.

I bought this Power Wheel vehicle from a garage sale, and could not get it to work. I called the Power Wheels hotline, and they gave me the number to Authorized Appliances, we took it in, they fixed it right then and there, they did not have a piece that we needed, so the guy who was helping us, put a couple of things together, and wow, it worked. They definitely know their job! Very impressed.

I dropped off a Bissell vacuum for repair. I was told it would take two days. Turned out it took 6 weeks due to the technician not identifying what was wrong and then the shop not ordering the part. When I called to ask what was going on, I was told that it was China's fault and that I should not be worried about it.
I would seriously advise against using this company unless you are ready for a long delay and headache.
