Staff always greets you and are pleasant. Dr, Ngyeun takes the time you need to answer all of your concerns. He always asks lifestyle questions to assist you in making wise choices or necessary changes to benefit your health. We feel that Dr Ngyeun genuinely cares about people and making sure we stay healthy. Even though he has a higher education than most of us he never makes you feel like he is better than anyone else. Talking to him is much like talking with a friend, very easy going. There have been times when he was unable to help me and refered me to specialists. And one of the most impressive things is that he gives his patients his mobile number! He makes himself available and accessable to us. He is most unique, we have never had such a special doctor he is one in a million.

I was worried about finding a dentist when I moved north, but I did find a great and very qualified person. I had a cavity filled while pregnant. She was willing to use Novocaine if I needed it. We decided together, however, that we would hold off until I needed it though. I didn't need it. She was very gentle as she worked on me and I had just a mild discomfort. She also made sure my bite was perfect before I left. She is also very skilled with veneers and restorations. The only negative is some of her hygienists are rough, per my husband. I have not had a problem.

When the Kissimmee location was closing they sold me a pair of diamond earrings for 40 % off. It was a great deal. They never acted like I was a second class shopper though. They were very nice and kind with me and my very young daughter. I wouldn't hesitate to see them again and use their services. The new location is in a much nicer area. There is plenty of parking available. If you need jewelery in the Kissimmee or Saint Cloud areas check them out first before going to the mall.

They have some decent styles, but if you are a large footed lady like myself, don't bother, they carry maybe 10% of the styles in large sizes that they do in everything else. And the Childrens shoes are outragously priced. The customer service however is very friendly and helpful, the store however did not meet my needs.

I will never take my daughter to this place, my daughter was sick with a cold and she start having fever so i took her to this place, the dr told me to keep giving her motrim for the fever and that it was just a virus .i took her back again because i did not see ,she was getting any better and the fever still.
they were kind of giving me an actitud may me wait for like three hours, the medicine that they prescribe made her worse. I took her to emergency room and they were very professional (dr Phillips hospital) and the way they treated my daughter was excellence ,they found she had pneumonia , just took them less than an hour to find out.
Something that could had been avoid if the doctors at POCF were more prepare .Also i noticed this place it was not to clean they need to be on top of that.
Thank you to all the staff at Dr Phillips you guys makes the difference ...KUDOS!!!!!
