The place is SUPER clean. The dine-in area has a GREAT indoor play center for kids and a nice dine-in area for adults as well. A+

I gave them FIVE STARS, because it's DiCarlo's! Granted, it's not Elm Grove DiCarlo's (the original), which has a unique, distinctive taste. However, if you live in St. C. and don't feel like driving to Elm Grove (20 minute drive), it's close enough and St. Clairsville's shop beats all the competition!

This restaurant has the most delicious food!They have a delicious salad bar with more food than you can handle at a good price, fairly cheap.The service there is excellent they give free refills,check on you to see if you are happy with your food,. It is hard not to over stuff yourself at their salad bar everything is excellent especially the noodles and pizza!!
