This toy store located in St. Clair Shores is a great choice for off the beaten path toys. This store carries one of the largest selection of Ty Beanie Babies & Buddies. They also stock young and old childrens learning toys. Carrying such brands as BRIO, Playmobil (huge selection), Sanrio and National Geographic learning toys. Their items are competively priced and their staff knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. All in all a great place to shop:)

I know not the first place that comes to mind when you think of Halloween but they do offer a few items. They have scarecrows as well as pumpkins, bales of hay and corn stalks and dried corn. They also offer up cider, great for the Halloween party! I love their selection of mums, too! Don't forget to check out those "non-traditional" places for Halloween items/decor!

This salon is located on Mack Avenue between 8 and 9 Mile Roads. Parking is adequate and prices are in line with other tanning salons. Hours are accomodating for those that tan. My suggestion would be to buy a package. Cheaper than paying for each visit. There is a variety of tanning products for sale, as well as glasses needed for the booths. This store, however, does NOT sell clothing items. Many tanning salons but this one does not. They only offer tanning services and creams and lotions related to tanning.

this is a smaller bowling alley and it was just redone so its all modern. Its really very inexpensive.They have a small snack bar and vending machines. And the owner is great.This place is so old that my father in law used to be a pin setter there when he was a kid. Of course its all modern now. And its a great place to take the kids.

Blossom Heath has undergone many pleasant changes throughout the years but it has always been
a beautiful, very ornate hall to hold a wedding reception.
It is magnificent in structure and large enough to hold
a lot of guests. I remember how lovely Lisa, my little
sister, looked dancing below the chandliers with her
new spouse. Right off Jefferson on the lake side and
near 9 1/2 mile road. North of Downing street. Years
ago this was a dance hall and if you are a resident
of St. Clair Shores your elderly neighbors can let you
in on the buzz that happened here. I will forever be
happy that we have plenty of pictures to recall that
special day at Blossom Heath.

Located off Mack Avenue, there is parking behind the building, as well as in front of it. It is shared with other businesses, also. Prices are equal or average to other vitamin stores.

I have many fond memories of this Country Dairy while
growing up. My friends and I would do our chores and
save our allowance to be able to enjoy what we perceived as the best ice cream in the world! Located
a little right to the intersection of Fresard street and
Harper, it was within 15 minutes walking time from
our homes on Downing. What a tribute that it is still
going strong some twenty something years later and
they are very reasonably priced. Not a sit in so we
would park ourselves on the benches outside and
let the cones drip there before returning home.

I had to get some dance gear for my niece & was recommended to Fancy Dancers on Harper, between 10 & 11 Mile Roads. They offer a lot of dance attire, as well as shoes. An instructor at my niece’s dance studio recommended this store as a good place to order special costumes or dance gear. The staff is helpful and the outfits are very reasonable!
