The best fried chicken in town. There aren't too many places that serve fried chicken besides KFC. But this place is starting to become a big hit with its customers. Popeye's Chicken actually comes from the Popeye cartoon and it provides a unique taste in fried chicken. They offer different kinds of chicken from the original to spicy, and the mouth watering biscuits. I have never had biscuits like these; warm, gooey, and fresh out of the oven. Let's not forget to mention that the butter is already placed inside the biscuit so no need for cutting them open and making a mess. This place packs a punch with its unique chicken recipes and the prices are just right. They offer combo meals at affordable prices so if you ever see a Popeye's Chicken pull over and grab some good ol' fashion chicken.

This shop provides photography services. The quality of their work was good, but there were not a lot of option in regards to background drops. Also they did not have a lot of options with respect to package deal. On the positive side, they had great customer service and were very friendly. Good atmosphere.

This golf course is way out in the middle of no where. So, you have to enjoy the drive but it is worth it. So, quiet and away from it all but not totally out of the city life.
This course use to belong to the Air Force, now we know what those flying aces did when they weren't flying.
There is a lot of open, protected wildlife land around this course, so it should stay serene forever.

Crocker Art Museum is located in Downtown Sacramento and many people have not heard about this amazing place. For a mere $3-$8 you can take a look back at some of the major paintings from Van Gogh early 19th century works. Paintings are represented from all over the world; America, Netherlands, Germany, and many others. It was interesting to see how the museum was divided which included; art works of a certain time period to upcoming artists today. I attended this art museum because of my art class, but I felt like I got more out of it then just the entrance fee. The tour guide was really nice as was everyone else working in their. I recommend everyone go see some of the paintings before they disappear.

I scheduled an appointment at this clinic to have an established primary care physician since I don't have insurance and they are supposedly part of a "low-cost" health care program in Sacramento.
When scheduling my appointment over the phone I clearly stated that I did not have insurance and that my visit would be a private pay. When I arrived at my appointment, on time, I was told after waiting for some time and after filling out my paperwork that they only excepted cash. This was never mentioned when I made my appointment. As a result I had to walk to a nearby business to use an ATM. This could have been completely prevented if their staff made it part of the scheduling procedure to tell patients that they are a cash only business.
Beyond this annoyance, the employees at the front desk were rude, spoke very pour English and what they did communicate was so lacking I was left feeling as though I was somehow inconveniencing them to explain the simplest things to me a second time because they did such a poor job the first time. As I sat in the waiting room I was forced to over hear an extremely unprofessional conversation an employee was having with a patient over the phone. The employees tone and choice of words was so far out of line, I couldn't believe she was employed at all with such poor etiquette and communication skills, let alone in the medical field caring for ill people.
Once I was taken back by the physicians assistant and had my vitals taken, it was clear that these people were all in a serious rush to get me in and out of there as quickly as possible.
Finally, once I say the nurse practitioner (though I had also clearly stated when I made my appointment that I wanted to see a doctor and that I would, in fact, see one) it became apparent that she was not interested in giving me the best care she could. When I tried to speak, she cut me off, when I tried again to tell her what was going on with me and why I was there she cut me off again and then forced me into being quiet by listening to my heart. I never got to discuss my symptoms, my concerns about my medication and the medical history I was able to provide for her was spotty at best because she simply would not listen or engage in conversation.
This place provided me with, by far, the worst medical care I have ever received. I left with a prescription in hand and have absolutely no intention of going back there for any services.
I encourage anyone who has had a negative experience with them to write a review, make a complaint or say something. Even if you think it may fall on deaf ears.
Sacramento Community Clinic is part of a consortium that receives federal grant money to operate. There is no reason why any person seeking services from them or any of their sister clinics should tolerate such unprofessional and inadequate care, whether they have insurance or not.
Pros: None
