My mom and I went to shows at the Music Circus for years and years when I was little and it's one of my favorite memories. That was back when it really was in a tent out in a field! Now they have a great theater set up in downtown right across from The Melting Pot and Brew It Up. The shows sometimes have left me a little disappointed but it's cheap, it's easy to get to and I think it's a great chance for people to be exposed to a little theater.

A little goes a long way. Friend of mine who works for Music Circus gave my daughter and I two tickets to see Beauty and the Beast final dress rehearsal. It was such a treat and such a good so for her and I to see.
It is done in the round, quite well indeed.
The pace was outstanding, I never lost interest. Nor did my daughter. So, professional yet a lot of the folks that work on the show are volunteers.
The producers spoke to the crowd, it was great. Thanks Brian King, wherever you may be.

We love the Music Circus. We have gone to a couple of shows with the whole family and they are so much fun. Due to the circular nature of the seating, it is hard to get a bad seat. They are all pretty good. The shows that they put on are very high quality. During intermission you can walk around and enjoy a cold drink or an ice cream. It almost feels like you are at a carnival. A nice place to spend a summer night.

Wold-class performances under the tent! Musicals mostly. Music Circus is such a Sacramento institution, you have to see at least one performance a year! I once saw a fractured version of Cinderella here, and it was a riot! The Wicked StepMother stole the show! And, at the meet and greet afterwards, the actors/resses were so nice and friendly.

When first walking into the Music Circus you think you've actually entered a circus. The stage is in the middle and the seats surround it. The action takes place in the middle and there are four aisles that are used with clever ease. The action is seamless with the band under the stage and the stage itself shifting and moving to create wonderful ambiance. The actors with most assuredly run by you an you'll feel as if you're right there with them. With talented people and fantastic shows the Music Circus is a great place to attend. The tickets are expensive and they go fast, and be sure to eat before you go, because everything is expensive there.

The new Wells Fargo Pavillion completely changed the way that people view the Music Circus productions. These shows have always been incredible productions which bring in actors from all over the country to star in them. These are truly the best of the best, and you are guaranteed to see an amazing show. The old Music Circus was under literal circus tents, which were stuffy and hot in Sacramento summers. Tickets were not hard to come by in those days, but now that the renovations are complete, it is best to order tickets on the day of the release in order to ensure you get a seat. The Music Circus has a mix of theatre and musicals throughout the summer season.

With the reinovations of the Wells Fargo Pavillion in Sacramento, it has made Music Circus the place to be at. The changes make Wells Fargo look the same and or better than some of the theatres that are in SF and in LA. Note that now tickets are scarce to go to events ever since the changes to the theatre..
