I have personally been a fan of Shelley Burns and Avalon Swing for the past 5 years going on 6 years. The band is composed of of a five piece ensemble with at times adding the sixth member depending on the performance. Avalon Swing has a mixture of traditional jazz, swing, some showtunes, but of course the comedic timing inbetween songs that shows the wonderful interaction of the band. With the great vocal stylings and total charmer of the audience of Shelley Burns the lead singer of the band. With the backing musicians: Bill Dendle, Tom Phillips, Shelley Denny , Daryl Van Druff, and the ocassional appearance of Otis Mourning.
