Why is it that when there is a long line in a bank there is only one teller on duty? I am not trying to be generalized here but whenever I go inside this bank, they are SLOW. The manager just watches it happen and does nothing to make sure we the paying customers are serviced. I did see account manager take customers from the line and service them. He should he knows what happens to a business that doesn't deliver -- lose customers -- lose business.

What makes a bank decided to whom it will hire? Why is it that some banks have wonderful tellers while others have robots? I rather go to the ATM machine for my personal banking because the ATM machine had more personality than these tellers. I really think it's the person who hires them. They must be one in the same type of person. The tellers are slow and quiet -- not chatty -- just cold. Sorry guys.

i went there for their 10% money market rate. it was on their 10 anniversary. amazing rate, isn't it? plus the staff's service was very good. i mean i don't think their computer is fast enough :P, but i love the attitute they treat me. excellent. i will bank with them again

I love this drive up ATM Washington Mutual has for this bank. You drive up and deposit or withdrawal. You don't get out of your car, you just be there and do the work that is needed and drive off. Its location is across from Arden Fair Mall down toward Mervyn's Parking lot. Pull into Mervyn's and you'll get to this oasis in banking. I have gone in the bank once or twice. It nice place but the drive up is so much faster.
