This is truely the pizza that everyone is searching for. Nothing artificial here folks. Just the tastiest mouthwatering pizza outside of Italy. And..I would rate it up high on the list of Pizzas in Rome, Naples, Milan and Florence. They also make their own raviolis..mmmm good.

Ive lived near romas pizzeria for over 15 years. my parents introduced it to me when i was about 7 or at least from the time i can remember.. im 22 now and still cant get enough of the combo or Hawaiian pizza.... no doubt about it being the best pizza place in Sacramento.. romas pezzeria II is just as good but much smaller seating.. if you plan to eat out with the family and cant decide kfc or Chinese than for 25 bucks or less you can feed a family of 4-5 and have a great family experience
Pros: all the food served here is 5 stars goooood!!!
Cons: nothing

I am a big time pizza fan. For me pizza is one of the basic food groups. And, as far as I'm concerned there is no better pizza in Sacramento than Roma's. I would recommend checking out Roma's if you are looking for extremely tasty, addicting pizza. If, you'd rather have so-so pizza then keep going to those "name brand" pizza places.

I literally grew up on NY pizza. I was born and raised on Long Island. I KNOW pizza.
This is a great little pizza place, almost good enough to make you forget you're in California.... But not quite.
The crust is a little too chewy and slightly thicker than traditional NY pizza. But it's good in it's own right and quite affordable. Their Jukebox has an eclectic mix of music sure to keep everyone happy.
Pros: Price, And Truly Made While You Wait Quality.
Cons: Neighborhood is a little dodgy.

Being a relative newcomer to Sacramento, I was looking for a good place to get "real pizza." When I arrived at Romas Pizzeria, I recalled a pizza place that a friend introduced me to on Long Island in NY. The same sights and smells greet you at the door. Having called in the order, the pizza was ready so I didn't get the opportunity to stay very long. While driving home, the smell was so good that I had to try a slice. This is some goooooood pizza. By the time I got home, I was full, a slice of this pizza is like the old Lays commercial..."you can't eat just one".
Pros: Pizza, Service, Price
Cons: none

The best pizza ever. Really professional and into service. There is a bar but was empty when I went to pick up my pizza to go.
The parking is tough and the neighborhood is even tougher. I went at night and wondered how safe was I. Obvious, I made it back home.
There is a laundromat next door which adds to an interesting ambiance.

I've been spoiled on pizza from Philadelphia, New York, and southern California, but I have to agree with the others that Roma's is one of the better pizzerias in northern California. What I really love about Roma's is the affordability. The only other pizza place I like in this area is Round Table PIzza, but its prices are ridiculous. Roma's is a bit out of the way for me, but worth the trip.
