I had a la leche consultant when my daughters was born;it was the best thing I had ever done for my baby girl.
She is so healthy and happy because I breast fed her, never used the formula.
My la leche consultant was very patient with me and my needs to really make sure I breast fed correctly with hurting my daughter and my body.
So, I recommend if you are pregnant that wherever you decide to have your baby you make sure a la leche consultant is available.

The perfect place for those who wear eyeglasses and/or contact lenses. The doctor is Dr. Paul Kim, what a great guy. He speaks English, Korean and Spanish. He accepts VSP and most other insurances. He does a great eye exam, has a funny pesonality. The staff is great and boy do they have the largest selection of eyeglass frames, sunglasses and designer frames. They make eyeglass onsite for all kinds of RX's and different types of lenes such a plastic, polycarbonite, transitions and anti-relective lenses. You can't go wrong at this office.

This clinic is ran by undergraduate and medical students from the University of California, Davis. There is no cost to be seen here if you do not have insurance or if you have medi-cal. They will see you for anything and if they are not capable of helping, they will find a place that is low cost. They will also help you with your pharmaceutical needs. PLUS SIDE: They accept APPOINTMENTS and WALK-Ins. No downside!

His office is friendly with pictures of all the child patients covering the walls and lots of toys for tots to play with as they are waiting. The atmosphere is very sanitary and neat. Dr. Arab himself is very kind and funny. He brings energy to the room he's in. For all your child's medical needs Dr. Arab's office is the place to visit.

There was an area on my back that was in pain for at least a year. My physician suggested that I get acupuncture at this place. I was afraid at first but after my first treatment my back felt much better. I did not feel any sort of pain from the acupuncture. It has been about six months now and my back feels fine. The staff is nice and friendly. There is plenty of parking and the location is great.

This is a place I feel safe and comfortable going. They are so gentle in their work. I don't ever feel I am being taken advantage of. They explain everything as they are working on you. The office is nicely decorated. There is plenty of parking. I know they accept different insurance companies but you would need to call first ti find out.

Dr. Don Fong is a great optometrist. He makes getting glasses fun, I don't know how but he does. Maybe it's his methods of how to test your eyesight. The machines he uses to find out how good or bad your eyes are fun. He is always in a cheerful mood, and polite. He runs a small business and runs it really well. Help his business by making him your optometrist. I'll assure you that you won't regret it.

Western Dental advertises credit for everyone, and they will give it. However the down payment is quite large.
I was also not impressed with the standard of care I received there. My request for a female dentist was not honored. The work seems substandard. My concerns about things were brushed off.
I ended up not getting the last item (a wisdom tooth extraction) done there and closed off my account. I had paid in full so they owed me money, and it took months and many visits and phone calls to finally receive it.
I would not recommend them unless it's an absolute emergency!
