Needed garage door repair help on my Sacramento home. I think the cable or spring broke because the garage door is tilted now. Called Garage door repair pros after looking thru some of the reviews on google and it worked. They were here in less than an hour from the time I called them. Larry the service guy fixed my garage door quickly and at a great price. Nice guy's and good service, that's about it.

Needed my garage door repaired because it was so hard to lift up. I was pretty sure the spring had snapped, but who no's. Called the first company I found; Garage door repair pro's and had Larry come out and and take a look see. He was very gracious and went out of his way to help me. The door was diagnosed as a broken spring and was fixed in about an hour. The rate he charged was really fair, i mean beyond fair and now i am writing to tell the world Larry at Garage door repair pros is golden.

My garage door broke last night and I called these guys this morning. Within one hour they were here and 1 hour after that my garage door works better then it did before it broke. The prices were very reasonable and he went above and beyond the standard repair job. Very professional service, great customer service and very personable technician. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs work on their garage door!

I can say for sure this company has been around the garage door block a few times. My garage door gained like 500 lbs over night. It took 3 guys to lift it up. Luckily garage door pros were able to fix my door on site in a few hours time. They replaced the springs and tweaked the warp out of the door and everything is perfect now. I needed to leave the repairman alone at my home for the repair so i was a little picky about the company i chose. I felt i could trust this repairman based on his manners and he new some of my neighbors as they were past customers of his. Over all this company is as good as they get.
