This club wants you to get the best out of your work out. They even reward you for learning how to stay in shape by offering classes, you take 'em and your membership fees go down. Join in the months of November and May. All enrollment fees are waved and you will save. This club is huge with lots of handball and racquet ball courts. State of the art machines, updated on a regular basis. Classes galore! Any kind of fitness class you can imagine from spin to stretching. Massages are available as well. This place is one of the best clubs in Sacramento. And, child care is available, long hours during peak times. The people who watch the kids are great.
