I am amazed that these three beautiful women that work in the office of California Laminated Products are accused of such nonsense. I have been working with this company for two decades and they are very knowledgeable about their products. I have purchased over 100 kitchen counter tops from them. We had a problem with a couple of them which you would expect in the twenty + years I have been doing business with them. They were corrected free of charge (even the ones that were my fault) These are great people. I noticed these same two complaints are posted on every website they could find. Come on guys don't you have anything else better to do. Two complaints in 25 years of business BIG WOOP! Pros: Great Great Great Cons: All the girls are married

I just had California Laminated do my kitchen and wanted to give them a compliment for everything. The one review I read that was bad, must of went to a different company. Or some people have nothing better to do than type up lies. My kitchen turned out beautiful and I have made new friends. It sure shows that their staff knows their jobs along with the trade. I now look forward to holidays and gatherings, so I can show off my beautiful kitchen. Thank You California Laminated!!!

I am a contractor and have been working California Laminated Products for 15 plus years! I have had nothing but great experiences with them.... That why after looking at a review on here i had to tell everyone how great of an experience i had with them. They are nothing but friendly, efficient and offer grat pricing!! I have seen multiple office staff changes and many workers come through their shops and had nothing but great services with them! They really do have good workmanship and truly have facilitated my success! Im sorry to hear that one person had a bad experience but im 100% sure this is not how they do business! The one bad review on here must have brought this on themselves! And im sure that CalLam did not do everything wrong that this one bad customer said they did!!! Who ever reviews this, im 100% sure will be satisfied with their work! Take it from me, a contractor who has been working with them (not for them) for a very long time!!! I even tell my customers about them!

I can not list all the problems I had with California Laminated Products! They left our kitchen unfinished, yet charged us full price. We had to hire another contractor to correct the errors and damage that they left. I complained to them in writting, the business bureau and the California State License Board. After winning our arbitration the board does not list our complaint if the contractor has paid the award to their satisfaction. These are the things I wish I would have done better: get everything in writing down to drawer glides and prices for every item, compare quotes, videotape everything included the measure (they did not measure correctly leaving my kitchen permenantly off center), email everything so there is a record, only pay for work done. I wish I would have gone elsewhere! Pros: Office staff was friendly...at first. Cons: poor workmanship, service and customer service

California Laminated provided us with the best customer service from the moment we walked in the door to decide on our kitchen remodel. The model display gave us ideas. The office staff was courteous and scheduled an appointment for accurate measuring and layout of our kitchen. We chose high-end cherry cabinets with beautiful trim moulding. We were pleased with the cutting of our counter for the sink, since it was in a difficult spot. We've used their services for two other bathroom and kitchen jobs since and would recommend them to anyone. It's unfair to judge the reputation of this company with one dissatisfied customer, because this company exceeded our expectations. We receive compliments every time someone new walks into our kitchen. Thank you California Laminated. Pros: Kitchen Model Display Cons: None

The company gives low quotes and entices with what appears to be a good deal (free items that don't exist - ie their web site "freekitchencabinets dot com") - but as the old adage goes, if it sounds too good to be true... it is, and this is the case with California Laminated Products. Their service is terrible, responses to questions are extremely slow, and they do not work with you on understanding what you are getting. This was exactly what happened with them in my case - they ordered the wrong size kitchen cabinets (so obviously the wrong size for out kitchen it is completely insane). My wife and I are still trying to get our kitchen cabinets finished by them, and they messed up the order and refuse to take responsibility for it (even though it was their guy who came and measured and wrote up the designs, etc. - but don't get me started on the incompetency of the guy who measured...). In conversations with them trying to get the issues resolved, they resorted to very personal insults and threats. They are now constantly giving us the "we are working on it, and will call you back" line so many times (when I do call and actually talk to someone), that I'm debating whether my only course of action is the long drown-out legal action - as I now have no kitchen (yes, they took everything out before they realized they ordered the wrong thing). I would never recommend them to anyone, and will warn everyone to avoid them at all costs. Pros: None Cons: You will not get what you want from this company - avoid them entirely
