Good: The fact that even though they were fixing someone elses mistake, they came back a second time to touch it up for free.. Bad: The price was higher than the first company, but then again, they did it right.. Improvements: I would like to see a slightly lower price, but not at the sacrifice of quality.. Other: I'll call them first next time..

When we first moved into our new home, we decided to get the chimney swept and cleaned out, since we didn't know when the last time that had been done was. So we didn't know where to turn. We opened up the yellow pages and called around and ended up with A-1 Chimney because of their prices. They had the lowest around. I wasn't sure what to expect as we've never had our chimney swept before. They showed up on time, did what they needed to do, and inspected everything for us for free. Everything went smoothly and professionally. I was very happy with the service I received.
