We took our S60 in for its regular scheduled service and after spending $700.00+ they broke our windshielD and scratched and dented the fender. When we pointed out the damage, they said that it could have happened anywhere and would accept no liability for the damage, but of course were willing to fix it for $750.00. After asking the service manager for the owners name and ph #, he said the owner wasn't in - We called the # from our cell and the owner answered!! He WAS there - the service Manager lied. We spoke with the owner, who was a complete pompous A**, and got nowhere. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS "STEALERSHIP". NEXT STOP - BUREAU OF AUTO REPAIR TO FILE A COMPLAINT!!!

THIS SHOP IS BY FAR THE BIGGEST, NICEST AND DEFINETLY THE MOST CLEANEST IN SACRAMENTO. THEY HAVE A VERY HUGE INVENTORY OF NEW AND USED TIRES AND CUSTOM WHEELS AT THE CHEAPEST PRICES. THIS SHOP HAS A NICE CLEAN WAITING ROOM WITH COUCHES AND PLASMA TV'S FOR CUSTOMERS AND THEY MAKE YOU FEEL AT HOME. UNLIKE OTHER TIRE SHOPS, THEY DONT MAKE U WAIT IN THE HEAT OR COLD, THEY HAVE THE A/C OR HEATER GOING AND NOT TO MENTION THERE BATHROOMS ARE HUGE AND VERY PLEASANT TO GO IN AND ARE SUPER CLEAN. I DONT EVEN MIND SENDING MY WIFE TO THIS SHOP BECAUSE IT IS VERY CLEAN AND SHE WONT EVEN GET SCARED TO GO TO THIS SHOP. THEY HAVE A NICE SHOW ROOM DISPLAYING THERE WHEELS AND THERE SERVICE AREA IS NICE AND NEAT. ALL I HAVE TO DO IS PULL MY CAR IN ONE OF THE MANY PARKING SPOTS AND THE TECH'S HANDLE EVERYTHING FROM THERE. THEY PULL THE CAR IN AND WHEN ITS DONE THEY PULL THE CAR OUT AND EVEN OPEN THE DORR FOR YOU. I BUY ALL MY TIRES AND WHEELS HERE AND WHEN YOU SEE THE SIZE AND OUTLOOK OF THIS SHOP YOU WILL BE AMAZED. WITH THERE BEUTIFUL LUSH LANDSACPING AND THERE BRICK BUILDING THIS SHOP IS PUSHING THE STANDARD OF YOUR ORDINARY TIRE SHOP. I HIGHLY RECOMEND YOU GO HERE FOR YOUR TIRES, WHEELS, BRAKES, AND SHOCKS!

CONS: NO CONS AT ALL!. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING PLACE, HUGE INVENTORY, NO CONS AT ALL!

i got a great deal from usa tires. all my friends love my car with my new rims on them. friendly customer service. i was out of there in no time. they got my rims and tires mounted so fast. they also had me test drive my car to make sure the tires don't rub and all. i just wonna say thanks guysYOUR THE BEST!!!!

As I had to get my car smogged, I chose this place, because of it's friendliness. I have a friend who's friend works there, so I decided to give it a go. Great experience! I was in and out of there quick, with a big PASS on my smog check! I reccommend this 100% to anyone looking for a cheap smog. It's a truly great place to go!

This company will scam you. They quoted me a price on wheels and I sent them the full amount and they called me back for shipping and changed the quote for $500 more dollars, they said because I didn't tell them I was from out of State. I asked for my money back and they are wanting to charge me a restock fee of a $140 even though it was their mistake.

when my 4Runner's water pump went out. The manager gave my truck some water and let me call my tow truck to get it towed to the dealership.
The manager gave some good advice but he said he couldn't help me with my truck's problem because they just do tune ups.
While I was waiting for my tow truck I saw the manager help another driver too.
I will go to him if I need a tune up because he was so helpful and understanding.
Really nice people.
