I had a broken emergency brake sensor. I called many other mechanics who's prices were double Hal's. So I decided to give them a try. Not only were their prices great, but they were fast, courteous & even threw in extra's for free like replacing my burnt out bulbs & topping off my fluids. I would recommend Hal's for anyone who has been burnt in the past my shady mechanic?s looking for a honest place to go. Great job guys!

If you're downtown and need a car wash or smog, go to Harv's! I often take some work with me and sit at one of the tables being productive while my car gets washed. I love the fact that I don't have to go to the car wash on the weekend! Harv's offers a wide array of washing services and detailing also. Inside their building, they offer a lot of greeting cards, a few gift items, car trinkets, and coffee. It's not nearly as fun as the Five Star Wash in Rocklin, but certainly enough to make the car wash experience a little more fun. Staff is always friendly and they do take pride in the quality of their work. If you aren't satisfied, they'll wash your car again.

They came highly recommended by 2 of my co-workers. So I thought that I would give them a try. I had some questionable issues with my last shop. They showed me that I did not need some of the repairs that the other shop said that I needed. The technician also let me see some of the things my car did need that the other shop had missed. I don't know much about what goes on under the hood, so it's hard to know who to trust. I'm so happy that I found someone trustworthy to work on my car. It was money well spent and the great customer service was outstanding!
Pros: Great service!
Cons: The shop is behind a furniture store so look for the sign.

City Tire & Wheel has got me as a lifetime customer. They offer great custom tire and wheel packages for near wholesale prices.
The have a prime location with plenty of parking and friendly employees.
City can also provide price quotes over the phone and also take appointments to help avoid long waits at the store.
After purchasing my wheels there they have also given me free flat tire fixes as a complimentary service for thinking of them first.
City can also provide payment plans for people who can not quite afford the package they want to purchase. Along with tire and wheel sales City also provides tire repair, wheel balancing, tire rotation, and other wheel and tire related services.

I have been using Linville Bros for quite a few years, they have aligned all my cars and always gotten it right. They are also a friendly family run business giving personal service with a reliable staff unlike the huge corporate tire shops where the customer is just a drongo. Highly recommended!!

After buying my 4Runner from Maita Toyota a few weeks ago, I'm the biggest fan of Maita Toyota. I'm telling everyone about them. I dealt with Al and he was really cool. I called around a few dealerships in Sacramento and Maita Toyota offered me the lowest price. I also needed to be fast because I was buying the car on my lunch break. I pretty much had 1 hour for my lunch break plus another hour because my boss's lunch break was the following hour. I did the test drive and bought the car. I was back at work in 1.5 hours! Al was great. He kept his end of the deal... He didn't try to jack up the price or sell me accessories. Thanks Al!

From our sales associate Cody to driving our Honda Fit Sport off the lot, the folks at Mel Rapton Honda made us feel comfortable and appreciated for our business. They were extremely patient and invaluable in helping us navigate the Cash-for-Clunkers rebate and we felt that all of them from front office to back were working to get us the best, most affordable deal they could rather than putting on the thumbscrews for a quick deal. I never thought I'd feel grateful for the "opportunity" to buy a new car but in the case of Mel Rapton Honda, I do.

I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else. Actually I have and wish that I hadn't. It's well worth the drive across town to have my vehicles serviced at Modern Classic. I have always recieved a fair price, great work and piece of mind. These guys are the best! Automotive Ninjas.
