I have Wawanesa Insurance and after a minor accident, I took my car here to get it fixed. It was recommended by Wawanesa- the first warning sign. When I got the car back a week later everything lookd fine until I began to look more closely as the weeks went by. I noticed a layer of wax of some sort that they had forgotten to buff off on the trunk lid and it is now semi-permanently still there. Also the new fixed fender did not align with the other parts of the car is the best way I can put it. I am NOT happy with this repair shop and will never go to it again nor will I ever recommend it. I don't know how it gets its such GREAT recommendations from others. And YES I did call the shop after I found these issues and the guy (Angel)that I spoke with on the phone was not very helpful and almost rude. He was not concerned that their shop had done a piss poor job of fixing my 2008 Nissan Altima SL. Avoid this shop!!!

The staff is highly trained and have many years of experience doing this type of work, while at the same time getting all of the luxieries of dealing with a mom and pop type business. Bertolucci's does insurance work also and they will handle all of the paperwork so the consumer is not burdened with this task. The staff is very friendly and their work is always completed in a very timely manner. Bertolucci's is the best in Sacramento!
