We go to Kyoto at least once a month. We normally sit in the dining room (if you want a quieter experience) but you have to eat at the hibachi grill at least once to get the fun experience! The bento boxes are our favorites and come with a LOT of food. You don't go away hungry. Our favorite item off the menu is the Orange Chicken--excellent flavor and a HUGE portion worth splitting. The service is always great and I love the warm towels in the beginning! We normally order one sushi roll as an appetizer and we've yet to have a bad one. All around, a great addition to Rowlett!

I have been to this resturaunt a few times, and it is similar to other japanese steakhouses that do the cooking in front of you. Very entertaining, and the food turns out very tasty. There is a nice view of Lake Ray Hubbard. If you prefer, you can sit at a dining table and just order off a menu. They have Bento boxes, teriyaki, etc. The sushi is pretty good too. I recommend this place as a good resturaunt for a nice dinner for a date.

Excellent place if you like the hibatchi experience with everyone sitting around a center grill. They also have a separate sushi bar area and a few tables if you don't want hibatchi, but it's really centered around the hibatchi experience. The hibatchi food and show is great. Sushi is good though nothing spectacular. They have nightly specials on food and drinks, so check those out. One of the restaurant rooms has a view of Lake Ray Hubbard and they have a private room for parties. A small U-shaped bar is available and they show sports on a few TV that encircle the bar. The only sushi bar within 30 miles!
