I used to go here to get all of my massages. $40 an hour which can't be beat by any of the local massage parlors. Don was absolutely wonderful but he no longer works there. No idea why. But my husband goes to Kathy and he has nothing but nice things to say about her.
There's another girl there - short hair... I think her name is Amy. She cut my hair once. Great haircut but higher priced than my budget allows.

I have seen Dr. Hampton for about one and a half years, and have been pleased. She seems to be very knowledgable, and will not hesitate to spend as much time as necessary to try to get to the bottom of what ails you. She was very diligent in tracking down a strange problem I was having, which ended up being a drug interaction. She got it corrected, and now I know a combination of drugs I need to avoid in the future.

I purchased 12 months of Training sessions which is a total of $4,200.00. The Gentleman who signed me up was very professional and knowledgeable of my needs. My back ground also was a trainer years ago and currently I own a company that finds weakness in service and sales and we redirect and train sales teams to better improve service and standards to improve overall revenue. I was very excited with the level of expertise at the time and began with my first trainer at the Rowlett location. I made it clear with this trainer that I did body build at one time and do not want to grow, I want to stay lean. Lucky me, he would not listen to my pleading and I started immediately putting on the muscle. This same trainer came to me in a bind and borrowed almost a $1,000 from me and then disappeared. Of course he no longer works at this company and I am out $1,000 (now that is professionalism at its best). The gentleman who was handling getting me a new trainer who I was, and am still very impressed with then transferred to another location as did all the standards. I then had to get ahold of the new manager who placed me with a nice young man, who stood around unprepared not knowing what to do (even said that when asked what do we do next, he would look perplexed and state I don't know while looking around) he also placed me in a position of possible injury (he is not to blame, he really did not know better; he told me he was getting training there and they recruited him, I was his first day and first client- his manager put him on the floor before he was properly trained). When I called the corporate number to make them aware of what I was getting for my money, and asked to get a qualified trainer, they seemed concerned at the time and said they would have the VP contact me immediately. What I got instead was the same team I called to get help with called me to let me know the

I have been there for 2 emergencies now, and after recent renovations, they are in pretty good shape. The staff is friendly, the facility is modern, and the wait time was relatively short (try almost 2 days at the Dallas county hospital - not kidding). I wouldn't hesitate to return there for any emergency. My only concern is, that being a smaller facility, they might not have all the necessary equipment or right technique for certain occurances. So far, though, we've been pleased.

Mr. G. is great at cutting hair, and lile most barbers, is a good conversationalist. There's not much to say about a barber. He cuts your hair like you want. I took my oldest son to him for his first haircut, and despite my son's trauma, he did a great job with the cut, and was very kind and understanding. One problem is that because he's good at what he does, you will wait unless you get lucky and arrive in a lull. Bring a book.

We have used this florist several times and they have always gone above and beyond with our arrangements. You can describe something on the phone and when its delivered it is so much better than what you pictured. Shirley did the flowers for our wedding and everyone commented on how gorgeous the flowers were. It looked like a French garden. She made my day so much less stressful. We will continue to go here for years to come.
