My wife and I frequent Kyoto's once a week. We eat out ALOT and are very picky about our service and food. This is by far our top restaurant to eat at. The owner (Mach), is wonderful too. No complaints about this place. We are so glad our friends (GG) told us about Kyoto's.
There is the new location in Rockwall now too. IT IS A MUST PLACE TO EAT AT!!!!!
Pros: GREAT FOOD, STAFF AND VALUE FOR THE AMOUNT TO FOOD U GET!!!!!
Cons: NONE!!!!

We went to this restaurant for the first time and absolutely loved it. The food is amazing and the service is great. The wait was about 20 min. However well worth it. The show that the cooks put on is awesome. (beware of sitting across form the chef...they like to play little jokes) all in fun though. It was great and worth the money. It's food and entertainment. We will go back soon.
Pros: Great food and entertainment. Beautiful lake views.

The Rockwall/Rowlett area was in dire need of something different. Kyoto added just that. Anytime I've been, the Hibachi chefs were top notch and entertaining. Their fried rice is very good, although a bit pricey to me. You do have to make sure and request it and be prepared to pay extra for it. I highly recommend the Vietnamese Summer Rolls, they're comparible to a rolled up salad and very tasty. Among their signature rolls, is the Rowlett Roll. Even sushi haters love this, everything is cooked. They do have a full bar and serve hot saki as well. The prices may be a tad high, but you do get what you pay for, in a relaxed setting.
PROS: Everything has always been very fresh and service has been excellent.
CONS: Be sure and expect to pay extra for fried rice.
