When I went in for my 3D ultrasound it was on my birthday... A gift from my parents. My husband is Army and was in the field so he couldn't attend. I got to my appointment 10 minutes early and didn't start my ultrasound until 45 minutes after my appointment time. I was very patient and then my ultrasound was great. The technician was super and I found out it was a little boy. My mom ordered 2 dvd's so she could have one too. However.. The DVD burner wasn't working so the woman offered to either let me take one home (with no offer of a refund for the other one) or she could take it to her son and have him burn it. I chose the second... And MAN was that a mistake!! It's been almost a month and I STILL don't have them. I've just been praying that they're not lost. I have called once a week asking about them and each time have gotten.. "oh I forgot". Over a week ago she told me she ALREADY sent them. But I don't have them!! Then when I called complaining I'd been lied to.. She pretended she wasn't the one who told me that! She said, " oh I was under the impression they'd been sent as well! I'll make a copy from our saved one". OK 1. it's illegal to save a copy of it (she even told me herself they wipe them out) so 2. I'm SO insulted that this idiot thinks I'm actually stupid enough to believe they were sent and got lost... Then mine was magically the only one they kept in their system illegally. Sorry, I'm not buying it. The ultrasound tech was so nice but the woman who runs things is terrible! Absolutely awful. While they have decent prices for the area and my actual ultrasound experience wasn't awful, I can not recommend them at all. They have terrible business practices and I would like to see them go out of business. They don't deserve to have any more opportunities to treat people the way I was treated. My husband will never see the DVD of the day we found out we were having a son and that is something we can't ever get back.
