I came in for an extraction expecting the worse, but it went very smoothLy with no pain at all. I was impressed with the atmosphere and warmth of the office staff. The facility is beautiful and this was the most pleasant experience I've ever had in a dentist or doctor's office. I highly recommend dr. Asay and staff. more

My experience at Chisholm Trail has been very pleasant. After 63 years of varying levels of dental service I have finally found the ultimate doctor and staff. Doctor Asay is very competent and kind. I barely felt any pain and feel the quality of his work is five star. His staff is friendly, efficient and competent. I am excited to have them looking after me and expect this will be for the rest of my life. more

always a great experience 7/18/2011

I have had a phobia about dentist for years, stemming from a traumatic dental surgery from when I was younger. Consequently, I did not go back to a dentist for many years, but ended up having to have some work done due to a broken tooth. Dr. Asay did an amazing job of allaying my fears and making me feel comfortable, because of his bed side manner, I have had two more root canals done and a deep cleaning performed all without fear and trauma, they have been able to convert me to the point where I actually don't mind going to the dentist and actually look forward to visiting with the staff. more

Dr. Asay is doing invisalign for me right now and I am having a great experience! I am about half way through my treatment and I can definitely tell a difference! All the office staff are so pleasant and professional and I especially appreciate Dr. Asay and his calming manner and excellent work! Today I was in for my biannual cleaning and it was another perfect experience. I really do look forward to my visits for whatever purpose! more

Excellent service and care 12/3/2009

Dr. Asay is professional, yet very approachable. He explains dental issues/care well and is efficient in his work (but not so efficient as to make you feel that you're just another number). The facility is beautiful and technologically up to date, and there is never more than a minute or two of wait time for scheduled visits. Pros: Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable more

Expensive, but worth it. 1/7/2009

Chisholm Trail Dental Health may not be the CHEAPEST dentist available...but do you really WANT the cheapest? Dr. Asay does quality work and is the most compassionate and relaxing dentist I've ever had the privilege to be worked on by. Great Dentist, great staff... 12/2/2008

I've been going to Chisholm Trail for well over five years and while I missed Terry and Sabrina Butler, I rather like Dr. Asay. He's very kind, and he did a fabulous job on the two cavaties that I had a year or so ago. The staff has stayed at the office, a testament to Dr. Asay, I would think. I'm going in for a root canal on Friday and I wouldn't go anywhere else (and I hate having dental work done!). more

We were very surprised to come across a negative review, since our practice focuses on customer satisfaction as we purposely see fewer patients than average dental practices. We do this to assure the proper amount of time is dedicated to each patient. We also apologize if you were under the impression that the dental work is not warrantied, please know that the Dr. always backs up his quality work and warranties it. Especially since he is a perfectionist and does take his time and care with each patient and strives to make sure that our patients are happy. more

After 10 years I am forced to find a new dentist 6/11/2008

Since the original Dentists sold there practice the quality of work has decreased and so called "bedside? manner is lacking. The new dentist works fast and quality of work does not even compare to the Butlers. After 10 years I am forced to look for a new dentist since they do not even warranty the work they do. If you are going to purchase an existing practice at least do quality work that the patients have become accustomed to. Maybe the reason they had to purchase and existing client base is because he had trouble building his own because the quality of work was lacking. more
