Quaint, Restaurant is full of nostalgic signs and memorabilia from both national and local businesses. Brings back memories of true southern dives that are filled with locals, excellent value, and good old fashioned southern fare - Much better than any chain such as cracker barrel or folks. Biscuits and Cornbread are best the earlier you get there, breakfast is surprisingly served all day, and you cant beat their fried chicken and vegetables!! They even serve old classics like Calves & Chicken Livers...mmmm!!
Pros: Fresh Ingredients, Breads baked onsite, excellent vegetables
Cons: Bad Location; No dinner hours, Old location

I'm soooo excited they are reopen and it is worth the drive for me all the way from buckhead. I"m nominating them for best of citysearch as they are truly the BEST Japenese restaurant in atlanta

I just got the best facial ever from Kristen at Kristen?s Skin Care. She cleaned out the pores in my face that I didn?t even know I had and I walked out feeling just as relaxed as if I got a full body massage. The unique techniques she used during the facial were unlike any I have ever experienced and the shoulder and neck massage that went along with the facial was fabulous. Thanks Kristen!

I and my wife love this place! We eat there as often as we can as it is a very authentic Brazilian dining experience. I read a review that said "Avoid at all costs", but the reviewer was certainly looking for an "American" dining experience. Carbs? YES! There had better be! I want wonderfully cooked meat and I get it there. I want rice and beans... I get it there. Best of all: It is no where NEARLY as expensive as the popular Brazilian restaurants. Oba caters to local Brazilians or Amercians who are looking for authentic Brazilian cuisine and people, not the "trendy" people looking for a great wine list to go with their "ambiance".
I suggest that if you want absolutely GREAT FOOD at a price you can live with, this is where you want to go.
If you want Pierre to serve you your merlot next to your hand stuffed low-cal and low-carb manicotti before you get to your tiramisu and cordial, you might not want to eat at Oba, but...
If you want GREAT PEOPLE, GREAT SERVICE and most of all, GREAT BRAZILIAN food: EAT AT OBA!
I have had the honor of speaking with the new owner as he continues to transform the place into a cleaner and brighter environment for his diners, I can say that he is very proud of what he has in that restaurant and it shows when you walk in the door.
I highly recommend Oba to anyone wanting Brazilian cuisine at a realistic price. You just can't beat it!

I recently ate at Nirvana for the first time and was very impressed with the atmosphere and the quality of food. Everything on the menu is organic, fresh, and good for you. There is comfortable seating if you are just having coffee and one of their home-made gelatos. There is also a glassed-off section that is Wi-Fied for customers having a working lunch. You order at the counter, take a number, and your food is delivered to your table. We got ours in less than 10 minutes. It's fast and convenient and a great change from my typical lunch. I'll be back!

My husband and I have been going to Indian Chef for years. They recently moved to a great location on Holcomb Bridge Rd. The wait staff always remember's what we like to order and we never wait long to recieve our food - Fantastic Service. We have a lot of indian friends that have cooked for us and this is as authentic as it comes. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the mood for indian food. You can never go wrong with great food and the best service. We eat out alot and there are not many restaurants that have both. Hope you have as good of an experience as we always do.

These guys are fabulous! My wife and I felt like we had their total attention, and that their only goal for the day was to make sure we had all the information we needed for making the perfect choices for our canoe and gear! They neither over sold nor under sold anything, just really took us under their wings so we came out with exactly what we needed. The tips and information continued until our canoe was secured on our car and we were headed to the river! We have since compared prices and products, and are so thankful we chose to buy from Go With The Flow! (They were actually recommended by an employee of a major outfitting chain who is an avid canoing enthusiast - when she saw that her store didn't really have the right equipment for our needs, she sent us to Go With The Flow! We are so indebted to her for that!
