We used this company to remove 8 very tall trees from our yard. They were very professional and completed the job on time. They removed all debris and charged excactly what they quoted. They took extra care to make sure my family was safe when they cut down a large tree. We wanted to watch but they insisted we get out of possible harm's way!

I have been an On Your Mark client for 3.5 years and will probably be one as long as Mark will have me. Not only did I lose the weight that I had gained over the course of a few years, I now feel better than ever. The nutrition advice that Mark provided solved the stomach problems that I was having and I have changed the way that I eat to a regimen that can be followed forever. While I was always athletic and involved in sports, I never was a ?gym person.? My time at On Your Mark has changed the way that I view weight training and it is exciting to see the results as I have gotten stronger. Mark is knowledgeable and innovative in his training methods, so my workouts continually change ? this is a huge accomplishment after 3.5 years. I really cannot say enough about On Your Mark or my experience there.

I have had babies at Northside, Kennestone and N. Fulton. N. Fulton is by the best. They have a small, friendly environment that makes you feel comfortable. I have had two babies there and the most recent one was totally unmedicated. One of the best things is that they offer waterbirth at N. Fulton with Margaret Strickhouser, the best midwife. The water helps the mom relax and helps the baby move into position. I had a birthplan. I wanted little to no interventions surrounding the labor, birth and recovery and I was never even questioned about my decisions. And and staff completely honored that. My experiences there have been wonderful!!

Satori is a unique place. Not just in what they offer...Yoga, Karate, a gym, etc, but the ambiance is peaceful and at the same time full of great energy. Satori has amazing programs for the kids, but the difference is Satori teaches and directs the whole child. Self esteem, integrity, leadership, respect and character are all part of the everyday lessons. They ask about the childs behavior at home, their school work, their friends...Satori isn't about saturday morning Karate classes, it is a way of life. No other karate school has ever taken kids under their wing the way I have seen Mr. Pukish do. Twenty years he has been in these kids lives, taking them through the difficult middle school years, helping them apply for colleges, I have even seen him spend countless hours helping students start their own successful enterprises. Satori isn't a fly by night "chain," this is the real deal, it is the best Karate experience you could ever hope for and so much more.

The owner, Chris Scalley, knows the Chattahoochee backwards and forwards. He has several other guides that work with him as well on the Hooch. They will do half days or full days. In addition he also guides for trout on the Cumberland River in Kentucky. I highly recommend this guide service!
