I have been getting my hair cut and colored at Art hair salon & spa for 5 years. After trying out a number of different salons in Atlanta I finally found the perfect one! Karina cuts my hair and she is extremely talented and a pleasure to work with. She keeps up with the latest trends and techniques and is responsive to your preferences. I have very thick, red hair that went grey early and it is not easy to find colorists that can color my hair to look as natural as it did 10 years ago. But they do! In addition to the talented colorists and stylists all staff is extremely friendly and the atmosphere is very enjoyable. They offer tea, coffee etc. I highly recommend anyone that is looking for a high end salon, but not interested in paying exorbitant prices. Melody. Pros: best highlights in Atlanta? This salon is unlike any salon I've ever visited. Irina, my hairstylist is a genius when it comes to hair. I often go in not knowing exactly what I want and she always helps me find the best style for me! She is patient and truly wants to help me look my best. I never feel pressured or hurried along at Art hair salon & spa, which I have felt so many times at other Roswell salons. They also have great affordable Aveda products. The atmosphere of the salon is warm, welcoming and very comfortable. I'm so happy to have found Art hair salon & spa! Thanks, Lucy. Pros: Awesome relaxing experience. I have never been to this salon before, came in because i saw something fun going on while I was stuck in traffic slowly driving by. Turned out I landed on the "open door event"!! Had a blast, got to meet the whole crew, everybody are very friendly and professional, made me feel so warm and welcome! I came back to get my color&cut done and loved it! My husband absolutely loved it and so did all of my coworkers and friends! I would highly recommend this salon in a heartbeat! Looking forward to more "open door" events!! :-) Pros: beatiful interior, friendly, professional Cons: hard to find

where do i start.i was with my friend getting her hair done by the russian girl corrian at art hair salon. and she seemed to be ok. but i would not let her color my hair(didn't like the results)!!! everyone seems to be on different levels. as i observed some of the stylist where giving there clients extra services like: scalp massages,hand massage as the where being serviced,doing something with an hot while at the shampoo bowl. which looked very nice and relaxing. as i found out later thats the aveda way.so art salon are u not an aveda salon? then i guess the owners are russian,with bad english the older russian lady answers the phone but,passes it to another stylist who is african american.then i'm like why don't they have a receptionist who speaks english? the african american stylist(s) both seemed like they do really good hair from what i observed. they just have a look of disengaged from all of the chaos..i've heard that this salon has been here for 5yrs and has NEVER been extremely busy. my friend has been coming there for maybe a year and i tell her you need to go some where else. i love here to death but,truth be told her hair nevers looks good when she leaves there. NEVER! "she say's there cheap and in her budget".so what can i say. i'm not paying for it. i tell you this much i will stick to my styist in buckhead where the people look happy and know what they are doing!!! I don't know how they stay a float but,they need to step up there game and get it together. having a nice looking salon is okay but,the results need to wow people for continue business. i rather go to an hole in the wall salon and know my hair will look great everytime! so save your money and go where the result will be what your looking for and it's a pleasant atmosphere.. Getting my hair done is one of the most important things for me. I was attracted to this place because of the location at first. I stopped by and decided to try to get a hair cut. The girl at the front desk was very friendly and made me feel welcome. She found a way to fit me in with the stylist that would work best with my hair. The stylist was very good, she found a style that looked good on me and was not difficult to style at home. She even gave me a few styling tips!!! From the moment that I walked in the door I felt very unwelcomed. My first instinct was to just turn around and leave but I stayed and in the end really regretted it. The atmosphere itself didnt feel friendly. The people didnt show that they cared, I had to ask multiple times just to get some water. And the stylist was not any different. I showed her some pictures of the cut and color that I was looking for. First of all, I hated the hair cut and my roots were way to bright. I went back the next day and they did fix it. but I ended up paying extra to get my hair fixed which the stylist messed up. I was so dissappointed when I left. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. I think that they do not work up to the name Art hair salon and it is far from being upscale...... Pros: great location Cons: not friendly
