Finally, a spa who really focuses on the whole entire customer experience. I went to SpaDelic for a 90 minute massage as well as a facial and my whole experience was really fantastic. Unlike Spa Sydell, and other local chains where you are herded like cattle from place to place, I was greeted by name, by the owner and then introduced to both people who would be providing my treatments.
My massage and facial were both so relaxing. I loved the whole experience. My girlfriend got a back facial for the first time and said she would definitely be getting another one in the near future.
The music was great! I used my own iPod during the massage but then asked to hear one of their featured artists during my facial. They were low-key, happy tunes that put me at ease. Not the boring stuff that makes you want to fall asleep at other places.
Something I really appreciated was that when I was done no one was pushing products on me. The owner, Kelly, showed me what had been used and gave me a few samples to take home. No pressure to spend tons of extra money on stuff I wasn't sure I liked.
All in all, SpaDelic has thought of everything to ensure a super-relaxing experience. Kelly and her staff are extrememly accomodating and friendly. Definitely check it out.

I have problematic skin so I've had my fair share of facials. I have to say that my facial at SpaDelic was amazing. The thing I liked the best other than my glowing skin was the fact that the person doing the facial really knew her stuff. She took a lot of time beforehand talking to me about my skin to get the treatment tailored to my skin. Overall, it was a great experience.
Pros: Loved the atmosphere and staff.

After drowning myself in drawers and cabinets full of pore minimizers, fruit-extract moisturizers, glycolic acid pads and toners galore (What?s toner for anyway?), I decided to bag it all up and bring it to someone who can read through all the marketing messages of Dior, Lancome and Facelogic, and tell me what the heck all this stuff is for and how and how often should I use it?
Enter SpaDelic. After getting an amazing facial-slash-massage there in Roswell, the facialist sensed my frustration when she, like most facial places, gave me samples of a skin care line to take home. I?m sure my face crunched up because inside I was thinking ?What do I do with this stuff? What is it even for? I have too many products already!? So the facialist volunteered for me to bring in all of my facial cleansers and moisturizers (of which I have a slew) for her to look at, tell me what to keep, what to throw out how to use each one and in what order. And the best part? She wasn?t trying to sell me a thing. She just wanted to help.
I think she thought I was just frontin? (as they say in rap videos), that I wasn?t going to actually come through?but, oh did I! I showed up a few days later with a bag of 10 or 11 products that I knew were high end, and had spent good money on, but had not a clue as to how to use them. Not only did she come through on her help, but I felt like I learned so much. It was fabulous! I highly recommend this place?for incredible facials and expert advice.
Pros: Boutique spa in the 'burbs, none of those spa in a box places.
