Last week went to a dealer and they wanted $95 to look at changing a blinker light I went to pep boys paid $5 and change and asked if they could put it in and I saved $95, went to pep boys this week for oil change. excellent service and great price. I would recommend them to all. They are a great deal. Happy holidays to those guys.

I bought my Lexus 5 years ago when I lived in New York and have needed very little maintenance. I now live in Atlanta and was nervous about not getting the same customer service I had at the dealership I bought from. I only needed my 60k service check up so I dropped it off at a local Atlanta dealership this morning. They said they would call just as soon as they got to it. 3 hours later the service advisor called me saying I had an oil leak from my front engine and there were other problems as well. When they told me how much to get it fixed I am almost fell of my chair.
So I decide to get another opinion. I did a search online and came across Nalley Lexus. Because it was about 25 miles from me I decided to call first. I asked the estimate for my problem, but they declined to say. Because of their experience they insisted I bring my car in to make sure of the problem. They were very polite and professional in their recommendation so I decide to make an appointment.
Kris test drove my car first, and then did the diagnostic. I had only been waiting about 15 minutes when he and the service advisor told me "it was just a minor problem?. They were done in about an hour and I paid less than half of what the other dealer quoted (they must have been trying to pull a fast one on a cute girl from New York).
If you own a Lexus and care about who works on your car, try them, they are good people. Regardless if you are in Atlanta, I would make the drive to this location for Lexus repair, it is worth it.
I can't be happier with my car now. The office staff is very friendly; the technician was VERY knowledgeable about my car and even races cars as a hobby.
Pros: The shop was extremely clean and professional. The service was friendly and honest.

As a female, it can be downright difficult to take your car in somewhere for honest repairs. Most places will always try to upsell and inflate their costs. It's so refreshing to find a place that doesn't treat me that way! I've driven by this shop every day on my way to work for the last 3 years and have never stopped until now. I can't beleive I waited so long...when I think of all the money I've wasted taking it elsewhere (not to mention the headaches), I just shake my head. I took my car in with an oil leak at 1pm on a Thursday and it was ready to pick up by 11am the next morning. They didn't try to talk me into any other "fixes" and gave me a very fair price. Give James a call and he'll take care of you!
Pros: No nonsense service, great price, speedy & quality repairs
Cons: Location can be challenging to access when the shop is busy--but don't let this stop you!

It’s been a while since I’ve been to Atlanta Motor World, thankfully I haven’t had any trouble with my Ducati's since Ben has worked on them ;)! It’s nice to know that I can get professional help when I need it. Their European Specialist, Ben Brace, has been perfect for all of my service needs. He is very experienced and knowledgeable with Ducati motorcycles as well as other European brands. I have owned several motorcycles in my 30+ years of riding and his skills, attitude and helpfulness are top notch. I just wanted to say thanks, again. A+!!!

I had two of my tires checked out at the Roswell location and I was already prepared to purchase replacements. A rep there, Chris, came our and looked at the tires with me. He told me what he thought the issue was and that he would call to let me know once the tires were removed. They were able to repair both tires and replace 2 valve stems for around $27.
A dishonest person could have talked me into purchasing two tires at $150 each. I really appreciate the honesty and the good customer service. I know where I will go the next time I have automotive needs.

I have only used Carl Black a few times because they are not located close to my house. However, I have been very impressed and happy with the level of service and attention to detail that they offered. The car was ready sooner than promised. I also have received some great coupons in the mail from them - everything from a free oil change to $20 off service.
