I always shop with a 40% off coupon from JoAnns OR Michaels (they honor Michael's coupons) but I have a hard time using them because everything I want is always on sale anyway!! LOL

Joann's used to be a great store for sewing and crafting. Once they became an ETC, they lost the ability to help you out. The staff has little to no knowledge of what projects are popular or how to make them. The store is always a mess and frequently out of stock. Prepare to wait in long lines as the company doesn't feel that customers are important. PROS: large selection CONS: long waits and you will search for your merchandise.

This store is located on the corner of 13 Mile and Little Mack, in the same plaza as Home Depot. Parking is huge and more than enough. I love this store because you can find whatever you need to decorate your home, as well as seasonal items and sewing items, all at EXCELLENT prices! Utilize their 40% off coupons in the Sunday ads as well as bring in Michael's coupons. They will honor competitor coupons!! You can order from them online, too, and there are coupons out there for this, too! Just do a google search for Joann coupons! Staff is very accomodating and nice. They also do special orders for items, too.
