I received a quote of $134 for dental work for myself and the same quote for my husband. I called prior to my visit to confirm the amount and the girl on the phone said, "whatever they told you". Well, when I got there I was asked to pay nearly double that amount. I should have argued with them about it but when I told the girl that my payday was not for a few more days she made it seem like it would not be a problem to hold my check for a few days. Well, the check went through right away and caused overdrafts! You must get a quote in writing from this office or you better be prepared to pay much more when you get there!

Good: The dentist himself was ok. Although I did feel like he rushed through my exam with not saying that much to me just reading codes to the assistant without any explanation. That was the least of my worries there.. Bad: Office staff is HORRIBLE. They bring in your "treatment plan" with outrageous unneeded procedures. A friend of mine was given a bill of 10,000+ he went to a different dentist and was given a bill of less than 3500. Thats almost a 7000 dollar difference!!!!! I had the same experience with a bill that said it was 3700 another dentist said 875!!!!. Improvements: Although the office staff was horrible and rude and in my oppinion trying to dupe people into signing payment plans for crap they don't need I am sure they are TRAINED to be that way. Their whole system of operating needs to be evaluated. Their practices shouldn't be legal!. Other: I STRONGLY recommend going elsewhere. Stay as far away from these people as possible. Unless you have 10,000 extra bucks to waste on dental work. :).

First let me say that I love my dentist, she really cared about me and wanted to help my teeth. Okay, with that out of the way...I'll never go back there again. EVERY time I had an appointment I'd be there forever. They double and triple book people so that it takes all morning to get anything done. I was there once sooo long that my Novocaine wore off and they couldn't finish the crown they were working on. Have you ever heard of waiting for more than an hour in the middle of having a crown done? Not to mention the fact that I had to jump through hoops to get them to send in the paperwork to my insurance company to get claims filed. It's just ridiculous.
