24 hours ago I enlisted this service to drive me to a doctors visit out in Kensington. All arrangements were made. Exactly 30 minutes before the appointment, Denise the dispatcher decided she would not do the job, and attempt to put full blame on me. When asked why her company failed to show up, a company that makes it's living driving in the Greater Hartford area, her reply was she had no clue where Prospect Ave(Hartford) was?!
By the way, she was just at my house the day before-guess she needs to better think her excuses before she opens her mouth.
Anyone reading this-do yourself a favor-if you EVER are in need for this type of service-go elsewhere-that way at least you know the job will be done.
Pros: Can't tell time
Cons: Don't care if they get you there or not

I am estatic with the thorough exam my cat received on being admitted to the ER. Dr. Habviar was excellant. He explained everything to the fullest of his potential. He gave us many different options and adviced us well. He hospitalized my cat and he made a full recovery. I am so thankful I used this Emergency Service and not Cheshire.

Had my brother-in-laws 40th birthday bash here- and it was great!! The place is huge and has high ceilings. Arch II has a very long bar with a friendly bartender on other times I have visited. it is a great place to stop with the family and watch one of the many TVs.

I used this cleaner to clean and preserve my wedding dress as I had heard they were good, but was extremely disappointed with the results. The process of cleaning and archiving a gown is laborious and must be undertaken by a qualified individual. The manager in charge of such a job was away/on vacation when I dropped off my gown and there were numerous delays in completion of the job. The employees working there when I inquired knew often nothing of my dress or when it would be ready. In the end, they did complete it, but it took several in-person visits to get the job done the right way. I've had no other experience with other items/services, but this one makes it likely I won't return for big jobs.
