Woodfin hotel is a great location for small seminars. We use this hotel for our company's retreat, the staff was extemely friendly and helpful. The two days we were there, there was a breakfast bunch which was not the greatest but it was a continental breakfast. The hotel can be seen right off of I-270 and a lot of businesses were located nearby. Not a lot of restaurants nearby though. The rooms were adequate and had extentions to increase or decrease the room sizes.

This is one of my favorite chains of grocery stores. If you are into organic foods this is the best place to fit your needs, but it also is wonderful for low carb eaters with lots of whole wheat selections including there own fresh pizza dough. this particular one is located not too far from the Bethesda Metro station making it very convenient for those of us who must take the Metro everyday.
