I have been renting from Budget for years and was always happy with them so I rented from them this time. I got an online reservation where I wasnt' even asked for my credit card info. so I was happy with them. I got a minivan easily which had been hard to find in some places. When I got there the staff was not into the hard sell, which is great as a customer. They have a weird policy, though, that if you don't bring in a receipt for when you fill up the gas tank before you bring it back (they have a day and mile designation too which seems a bit much) then you have to pay them $7.50! Even if you bought gas or the gas tank was full!
I also didn't like that they charged $5 a day for each additional driver. I ended up doing all the driving myself because I didn't want to pay the extra fee for my DH to drive.
I'm looking for other carriers because I wasn't entirely satisfied this time.

We've stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott in Rockville twice. It is an older hotel and the when we stayed there the indoor pool was not in use. The breakfast buffet is overpriced for what you get. I would stay in the hotel again.

...Writing to thank you. Your moving crew did an outstanding and most professional job in moving us from our townhouse to our new single-family home. Every aspect of your service was wonderful--from a prompt, written estimate, to scheduling for a set date, to the move itself, and follow-up service we received.
I've had bad moving experiencing experiences in the past, with other moving companies, I was especially nervous about this move..... Not only did my oversight not seem to faze the moving crew, but they even spent time explaining to me how they were planning to wrap certain items.... They were extremely careful with everything we owned, treating our belongings as they would their own....
We were very pleased, ...and relieved with our moving experience with Energy Relocators. Thanks again to you and your crew for a wonderful (yes, wonderful) move. ...John
