I had old parquet wood floors that had been covered by carpet and had water damage. They replaced the damaged tiles and sanded and refinished the floors. They did the job quickly and professionally. At my request, they came back and installed wider molding to cover the nail holes from the carpet tack strips. The floor looks really beautiful. Like a new floor. You can't tell where the new tiles were inserted. Jay, my contact, was very nice and helpful and responsive. He has even offered to come back after I settle in and fix some scratches that occurred while I was moving in. Their prices are reasonable, too. A great company.

I have been bringing my area rugs to Plaza & BCC Carpet Cleaners for a couple years now. I have dogs, so my carpets need to be cleaned on a somewhat regular basis due to accidents or just general smelliness. Plaza/BCC has always done a great job on my carpets and they are very friendly and helpful (like when I'm hauling in multiple carpets with small children -- they help with both!). There was at least one occasion that I brought in carpets horribly soiled by my poor old sick dog, and they didn't bat an eye and told me not to worry about it -- it's what they do! Their prices are reasonable and they do a quality job.

This carpet and floor store is pretty good and the prices are generally reasonable. I would shop around though since there are a few other carpet and floor stores down the street. The carpet selection is not bad, but if you are looking for a specific color, you probably should shop around. Overall, this is a good place. The workers are very polite and they take the time to understand your needs. The selection of carpets and flooring is great, although I would check around to other stores if you do not find what you are looking for.
