Easy to use, weird poliices

I have been renting from Budget for years and was always happy with them so I rented from them this time. I got an online reservation where I wasnt' even asked for my credit card info. so I was happy with them. I got a minivan easily which had been hard to find in some places. When I got there the staff was not into the hard sell, which is great as a customer. They have a weird policy, though, that if you don't bring in a receipt for when you fill up the gas tank before you bring it back (they have a day and mile designation too which seems a bit much) then you have to pay them $7.50! Even if you bought gas or the gas tank was full! I also didn't like that they charged $5 a day for each additional driver. I ended up doing all the driving myself because I didn't want to pay the extra fee for my DH to drive. I'm looking for other carriers because I wasn't entirely satisfied this time.
