I'm not sure if her practice is accepting new patients anymore, but get on the list. She's great! Listens to you and really works with you if you're experiencing any problems. My husband actually goes to the doctor now! Before he'd just wait until he was running a horrid fever, now he'll even do a check up! I like the fact that she's not afraid to refer you out to a specialist and usually you can get in to see her pretty quickly.

West End Pharmacy is located inside Crusader Clinic locations on W. State and Broadway. They offer discount and program medicines for those displaying financial eligibility. The pharmacy locations are extremely convenient for Crusader’s patients. West End is a closed pharmacy and can be used only if you are a Crusader patient. Volume is extremely high and there is most often a wait time for refills.

It is getting increasingly harder to find an OB/GYN doctor in the Rockford area due to malpractice insurance rates skyrocketing. My first doctor just left Rockford about 2 years ago and Trapp was his recommendation. Since then I've had the opportunity to test Trapp's skills (surgery & baby). I have been completely impressed with his skills, and with his staff at his practice. They are always friendly and strive very hard to stay on schedule. Dr. Trapp is straightforward in his manner and very informative. Overall, great experience.

Easy to talk to and easy to understand, you will always know what's going on with your child's teeth!
Great orthodontist! Your child or you will have straight teeth without compromise! I worked for Daniels and Thiesen before having kids and can tell you from an inside perspective how honest they are! If you don't need braces they'll let you know! The only con is price, however in ortho you get what you pay for and these guys (and their staff) are the best in town!

We had our first baby here and it was such a great experience. They made it all so easy and the staff for extremely friendly. It was also evident that many of them were strong in their faith. We had a million questions and they were patient with us. Even though there were 8 other babies born that day, you would never know it by the attention we recieved.

RMH doctors/midwives/nurses/er/hosiptal/is the only one that we trust here in town. All of the staff takes time to listen and answer your questions w/o all the medical jumble. Anyone I know who is new in town I tell them to stay away from the other guys and go to RMH. There E.R. isn't too terrible you won't be there all night, at least we never have been. They are a very clean and friendly place to go when you aren't feeling your best.

I have absolutely nothing but positive experiences with this Veterinary Hospital. Dr. Verace has cared for my pets for over 10 years. She has the gentlest hand and is honest with her opinions. I would trust her with my own life! All her staff is knowledgeable and go out of their way to make you comfortable. We have driven over an hour just to keep her as our vet! Highly Recommended!
