It is getting increasingly harder to find an OB/GYN doctor in the Rockford area due to malpractice insurance rates skyrocketing. My first doctor just left Rockford about 2 years ago and Trapp was his recommendation. Since then I've had the opportunity to test Trapp's skills (surgery & baby). I have been completely impressed with his skills, and with his staff at his practice. They are always friendly and strive very hard to stay on schedule. Dr. Trapp is straightforward in his manner and very informative. Overall, great experience.

I'm not sure if her practice is accepting new patients anymore, but get on the list. She's great! Listens to you and really works with you if you're experiencing any problems. My husband actually goes to the doctor now! Before he'd just wait until he was running a horrid fever, now he'll even do a check up! I like the fact that she's not afraid to refer you out to a specialist and usually you can get in to see her pretty quickly.

Easy to talk to and easy to understand, you will always know what's going on with your child's teeth!
Great orthodontist! Your child or you will have straight teeth without compromise! I worked for Daniels and Thiesen before having kids and can tell you from an inside perspective how honest they are! If you don't need braces they'll let you know! The only con is price, however in ortho you get what you pay for and these guys (and their staff) are the best in town!

What can I say? I can see now, for the first time in forever! I have recommended Dr. Brightbill to everyone! I've had laser surgery and had great results along with some of my friends. However, I think the greatest thing that speaks to Dr. Brightbill's professionalism is that a friend of mine was TURNED DOWN. He was honest enough to let her know that the results she'd get would not be satisfactory to him with the current technologies! WOW! I just love honesty!

This is our pediatritian and he's great. Very laid back and easy to deal with. The only problem I have is my inability to understand any accent! Usually I have to have him repeat stuff, but he doesn't seem to mind. I've had a few instances where I've called and the response is immediate, which is very nice when you're worried. The staff is great, the best nurses your kid could imagine.

We had our first baby here and it was such a great experience. They made it all so easy and the staff for extremely friendly. It was also evident that many of them were strong in their faith. We had a million questions and they were patient with us. Even though there were 8 other babies born that day, you would never know it by the attention we recieved.

When we asked our friends at church who they would recommend for our pediatrician it seemed like every person said Dr. Baptist. It seems like every other person in Rockford goes to him. We knew he wasn't taking new clients without a referral so we assumed he must be good. Well, we've been nothing short of impressed with his professionalism and sense of humor. He's good at what he does and that makes you feel better as a parent.

Dr. Burress is a pediatric GI specialist who practices at Swedish American Hospital in Rockford. He is wonderfully gentle and won't put your baby through any unnecessary testing. Both of my children had reflux and he was so good with them. He had a reflux child himself, so he is incredibly understanding about how hard it can be to see your child in pain. His office is clean and filled with toys so your child won't find it scary.
