Good: Clean, pretty facility.. Bad: Saw a nurse practitioner/midwife(?) this time and had the sloppiest exam I've ever experienced.(Have had annual paps for the past 30 years)No one in the clinic could/would smile. When I received my reminder call for the appt. the first minute was all about remembering to bring my copay-repeated numerous times. I've never forgot my copay or had an outstanding account. Obviously financial times are tough everywhere-I didn't feel very valued as a human being seeking to be cared for. It used to be different!. Improvements: True kindness and interest in the well being of me by all staff. More thorough exams by everyone doing exams. Follow up calls reporting on labs and making sure I have no questions or concerns following my appointment..

After so many recommendations, we had to go with Cornerstone clinic. Everyone was so nice and pleasant to work with. I only wish every doctor was this easy. Christian based and everything is very ethically based. Friendly and professional. We actually had a few false alarms and they were so patient with us. We now recommend them to everyone we know.
