Sure the place looks run down, and its a bit crowded. However, the food and service is absolutely wonderful! They offer a wide variety of food, and everything I thought I would hate, I love! The staff members were friendly and helpful as well. They made sure that their customers were 100% comfortable. I'm planning on dinning here for New Years!

We have been to many Thai places around the country and have found Thai Hut to be among the best. The service is fantastic and the food even better. Far better than any of the high priced Chicago places.
Pros: Food quality and quantiy. Fantastic service.
Cons: Parking lot needs repair.

This is the ultimate Rockford establishment for outdoor dining. Don't let the "tavern" part of its name fool you. This is a great place for salads, burgers, ribs, and typical bar food. It's been in business since 1945 and that says something. This is a great neighborhood joint with better than average food at very reasonable prices. Head for the outdoor beer garden on that lazy summer evening...you won't be sorry.
