AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE 8/14/2015

DONT EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS LADY! She is the rudest, most disrespectful business woman I have ever came in contact with. She cannot even have a conversation on the phone without hanging up, WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS OWNER IS THAT?! I would never recommend giving her any kind of business, you have been warned!!! more

Unorganized 7/8/2015

I wasn't very happy with my experience because the owner seemed very unorganized. I asked 4 different times to make a payment and she never "had my file" there. You would think the next time you knew I was coming in you would bring it then, but she did not. Obviously she didn't want my money that bad. I have since decided to go with another company because of that. I wasn't confident that on my wedding day she would be 100% organized and efficient. more

very rude lady, lied to me that she printed the invites and did not, tried charging me for things that never once were mentioned. called me stupid and a rip off artist. then called my phone restricted saying that i was going to get sued for writing a review. it has been an awful experience all around. no recommendations from my end. more

Charges fees that were not discussed, rude, called another bride stupid! Was looking at her til a friend warned me about her. Bad day or not she won't be hearing from me or anyone I'm friends with! more

She was rude and very disrespectful twards me when I told her my concerns with a delivery..She is very unprofessional!! I only used her because she did my wedding flowers a few years back and did a great job, but apparently things have changed for the worse,,,I would go somewhere else to spend your money!! more

Our experience with Jill was awesome. She knows her business and made alot of suggestions which was a great help. After we were finished and she gave us the quote I was amazed at how reasonable the cost was for what we were getting. Jill was very nice and easy to work with. I am so excited to see the end result.
